Actually, it was there always but people didn't talk about it too much.

Also, they sold %30 of the tokens on ico and the second ico will be only %5.

Yes, ico finished and we can check it on coinmarket. Also, it can be obtained from exchanges now.

They were set up pretty well from the very start and they also had a decent community that already knew about this project and understood its intentions. Great achievement and that's a good amount of money to work with.

I know there are many coins have a delegate proof of stake (DPOs), including lisk, xas, dct, oxy and lwf, I think this mechanism is very successful since the delegate will lock a lot of coins and they can try their best to help to promote this coin.

Actually, i think it is the best system because i can't do pow. I hate doing pos because don't like leaving my wallet open. But for dpos, you are voting some delegates and you are done. They are paying your share regularly. It brings more coins continually with 0 effort.

DECENT is a great starting point for building enterprise-grade blockchain we need to develop further features and capabilities to make it business suitable/compliant.  Subsequently, all features required and suitable for business
applications will be developed as per the roadmap.
