We do not have a soft cap, we are already building a prototype on our SAP Cloud and we will continue regardless TGE.

The sentence above should give a good confident to us that there is a guarantee whether the tge will be success or not, this project will continue. What are we waiting for?

We still want to raise some money so we need to give people time to gain their interest and trust and spread the word about our project.

I believe that the price will not go down. There is no bounty company, no free distribution. Tokens can only be bought. And I do not believe that people who spend money to buy will sell coins below the price they paid.

I think viljy meant that the price is likely to go down in case the total amount won't be collected and the remaining tokens will be distributed amongst investors. The amount investors paid will stay the same, but the number of tokens will increase, hence price/token will go down.
Otherwise I agree, if all tokens will be distributed, I don't see why the price would go down.

This is actually a great point. I truly believe that most people that receive bounties, just end up dumping them for BTC. So if you don't have people selling right after the ICO, it could possibly keep the price stable.

Even often noted that Bounty hunters will dump coins and impact price I remain sceptic. In many cases bounties is 0,5-1 percent of SOLD tokens. They are often distributed after trading has commenced on ED and sometimes other Exchanges, with this I imply that liquidity is good. Furhtermore I am sceptic that Bounty hunters would dump all their coins after trading starts. Myself does signature Campaigns if I find a Project I like. It is my intention to hold these tokens for long time.

We have decided to postpone our token generation event by 48 hours.
Due to problems with the Ethereum Network, our TGE will be rescheduled for Thursday, Dec. 7th! The reason we are postponing it is not because we run on the Ethereum network, but because some of our participants will use the Ethereum Network and it's having major issues.

Just realized this reschedule. When there is a problem especially that will cause a panic like this recent problem, there is no other good way beside rescheduled the event.
