Was there already an announcement about what the rate of tokens per DCT will be during the ICO? If I remember correctly they said they will take into account the average price of Decent over the last 24-48 hours or something like that, but I couldn't find any more information about it.

These cats in the Eth network have already become the clutter for many people, need to solve as soon as possible, or will bring even greater problems, SophiaTX's decision to defer was wise, but there are still problems in the network, the constant devaluation caused by it is also a problem. i want to send/contribute eth from an wallet which is not registred in my kyc i did before. just during the contribution of eth, i have to put in the wallet address where i want to have send the tokens, like during the kyc process i already did.

this is possible?

or do i have to send my eth from another wallet to the wallet i registered within the kyc first and then send from this kyc registered wallet, eth to your eth address?

You have to use the wallet you used during your KYC. You can try to make another KYC with a wallet you want to use.
