I can see these things hurt Sophias ICO

So you put a little price for gas. Now in MEW it is possible to put the gas price up to 120 gwei. If you put 120 gwei for 21000 gas it will cost a little more than $ 1, but the transaction will take place in a few minutes.

why do it says 8 usd when i put 40 gwei ?

I think thats because the gas limit is very high.

At least 61 Gwei transaction fee is recommended. That is about $0.52 and should take about 5 minutes.

Not sure how accurate that information is, because I have heard of transactions being stuck for 48 hours.

I thought that it was 60 gwei max.

By the way, i just tried a dct transaction. It was in 1 second. Amazingly fast.

I think for certainty it is necessary to deliver 80 gwei, I think this is not a big payment for the opportunity to invest a good project. I hope that soon all the problems will be solved!

80 Gwei is a big number. IT this keeps going we will  be paying tx fees like Bitcoin. Imo this is not good.

I'm not sure that 80 gwei will help) transactions are simply hung. There is no movement. and waiting from the sea for the weather is also not an option. A BTC now is not profitable to invest.

wasted so many fail tx gas, not moving anything until the hardfork or some good news

You can invest with other options , maybe you can try with DCT

I invested with ETH today, used 50gwei and it went through after maybe half a minute or so. But it was also maybe not in the "rush hour". Still much cheaper then Bitcoin transactions :/

But yes, DCT would be another solution, but still you need to move other currencies maybe to buy DCT.

Yes postponing is really a smart choice from the team, it’s better to avoid problem with investors. SophiaTX will have a successful TGE i think, the team handle the project very well.

if delay is the only way to avoid trouble, why should not i think it's good work.

This is starting to get absurd. The ETH blockchain has pretty much be unusable for 3 days now. This is exactly why another token will overtake ETH as the platform of choice for ICOs.
