I need to understand how different internet connections work over in different countries? gladius node will use the upload speed and so lets say in a country where the best internet plan offers 100 GB of upload and 100 GB of download at a 1gbps speed, if i exhaust my 100gb upload limit, will it impact my download speed as well? I know people will be setting up pools for it, if there is anyone interested to start a pool, please let me know.

there was no ICO . Hard cap has been reached on Pre-ICO (12.5+ million dollars) .
I do not know amount of tokens sold exactly, but you can check max total supply for crowdsale on the Whitepaper and it would be accurate I believe
