To be positive  think the happy time and think it's just like a game that someone loses and someone is winning in your problem and try to get advise to someone you know that can make you think positive.

The answer: train your brain. At one point, we trained our brains to think the way they do. Being positive is also not a good approach but healthy too

For me, the trick wasn't to put effort into trying to always stay positive, but learning to handle feeling negative better. When I'm feeling down, rather than simply think "What can I do to feel happy again?", I instead sit with the negative feeling, figure out what caused it and how it's making me feel and think, and then adjust according to that. I think that if I was always positive, I wouldn't appreciate it, so it's the moments when I'm feeling good after a bad period that I enjoy most.

all ways think GOD... you need self confidence and think where you become happy... according to the other  we have powerful capabilities to choose positive emotions and ways of thinking. so think what make you happy not to be stress ^_^

first you should control yourself and focus on other things that will give you happy life or makes you comfortable that will give you a positive life.
Yes we must make something must be positive in our work as well as in speaking in the office so that we can easily go to discipline.

We all know that life is full of ups and down even suprises,  since we know it all , whenever we feel we're losing hope just look up at the sky and the things around you,  feel that very moment it will calm your mind and heart and then,  get up and said to yourself I can do well, I still have a chance. Don't let your negativity in life bring you down.  Whenever that negativity suffocate you, just breath and take sometime to look back of what you have and gain, what you surpass under every circumstances, that will give you strength that somehow there still a way out to where you are right now. If you dont have someone to share your situation, just speak to God even though you cannot see him, I can assured you that He is listening.  Cry if you want to cry, be angry if your angry, be happy if you are happy remember that you are human,  and human tend to have weaknesses. Just stand up again if you fall.

When we think of the word "positive", perhaps many of us will remember the word "happy". However, happiness is not the only positive thing. There are various ways you can apply to be a positive person, even if you are experiencing sadness, anger, or challenge. What you can control is the way you interpret and respond.

If you have beliefs about religion then remember the name of god, remember that god is always with us and god will not trouble us beyond our ability. That's what I usually do to support myself when I'm in trouble or negative things. Smiley

2. Cultivate and live in a positive environment.

5. Don’t let vague fears hold you back from doing what you want.

Just tell yourself about good things that might happen to you if you do something. It is kind of motivation, when you really want it you will stay positive and motivated.
