how to remain positive in times of difficult situations where there is very little hope for positivity???


Dwelling on the negative doesn't make you or anyone else any happier. If you can find the positive in something, do that. Surround yourself with positive people and be mindful of the small things. Joy can be found anywhere, you just have to find it.

you have to take time to step outside of your problem. Visit a friend to hear about their life, sometimes listening to friends you will realize that your life is not that bad! It's a good idea to keep an open mind.

Same here. I actually experienced that kind of situation. Still, you have to believe in your self. Be positive always even though you can't resist it anymore. Someone said to me, in order to be positive is to pray and have a knowledge to face everything that comes in your lives. 😉

I have been in that situation frequently wherein I have many negative thoughts that I can stop thinking. In this difficult situation  I think atleast one positive thought and repeat and repeat it in my mind and that everything will be okay. Clear my mind to have peace and calm my mind.
