To think positively and to act positively you must first look deep inside your inner self and ask yourself is it stress or something that bothers you bringing anything good to you?

Maybe it's stupid, I actually hate when someone speaks like that, but I am happy cause I'm not sad and I try not to take sadness from the world. I love to laugh and I laugh and smile from everything I can. That's what I consider as a think that makes me happy

how to Begin to think realistically and use your brain to find a practical way out. we have the power to determine the content of our minds, so do not fill our minds with foolish things, remember that although this does not guarantee the safety / exit of the problem at least this will not worsen the state of our mind.

Accept also what you can not change from yourself. For example, introverts usually prefer to spend time alone and need quiet moments to "recuperate." They will feel very tired and unhappy about trying to be extroverted. Accept your real self right now. Thus, you can more freely develop yourself to be a positive person
