to be positive it's easy if we want to accept something by understanding in advance the purpose of something when it contains negative things it's good we do not worse suspect and throw away negative thoughts so that positive values can we learn from it, but if we are reckless and always negative thinking then it will bring bad impact to our life as well as others  Wink

how to remain positive in times of difficult situations where there is very little hope for positivity???

Think about your goal or plan.  Love what you do, and if everything goes wrong take a break. Because every goal is a challenge it takes time,  perseverance and hard work.

Try not to judge yourself for your thoughts or feelings. Remember: the thoughts that pop up or the feelings you experience are not inherently good or bad. they’re just thoughts and feelings. What you can control is how you interpret and respond to them.

In my opinion, firstly you should read some psychology and people relationship books speacially psychology books.

I can offer a book for your starting it's called "Feeling Good , David Burns". If you interest like these subjects, you can keep going with Sigmund Freud's books later. I may give you advice for Freud. For example, "Totem and Taboo, The Psychopathology of Everyday Life".

To be positive you need to think positive. Free yourself of stress and worry and try to be optimistic. Things will change. It comes from your internal attitude and responses.
