Long term coins, which i also recommend many others to have, are bitcoins and ethereum and neo. First, btc and eth will continue to raise in values while neo is amazing at generating passive return which is gas.

Yeah, ethereum is widely used now and there is a lot of potential for this coin to pump someday. XMR, ZEC and LTC too are good to hold. They are same with eth that a lot of potential and mining them right now is the best investment for the future. Maybe its price will be closed to BTC.

I only invest in Bitcoin and NEM. I believe that bitcoin has a good future and it will have more improvements and better developments compare now and NEM is just like the everything for me so i don't want to waste the opportunity that i can have in NEM so i invest the 70% of my bitcoins there, you know, just to be safe and sure.

You are right, bitcoin can be very profitable if there is fork rumor maybe you can earn up to 100% profit. but if no rumors about fork, of course more profitable if you invest in alctoin

Invest in small coins. Like dent is for an example a good coin. I think that dent will have a great potential to rise. It has a good project for the future i think that it will get that support and it will me pumped up. If i was you i would invest in Dent coin and wait for a few years maybe 4 years if there is any money you can make from.

I would probably choose litecoin, waves and MONERO for the long run as all of these coins have great potential to grow in the future. These coins are very popular and based on very unique concepts and ideas.
litecoin being famous for its lightning quick transactions. A block time of 2.5 minutes makes it almost 4 times faster than Bitcoin.
monero being famous for its privacy and completely anonymous nature. The amount sent in the transactions along with the identity of sender and receiver is kept secure.
waves is regarded as an ethereum killer by many and many believe that it will replace ethereum in future and will host most of the ICOs in coming years.
Good amounts of profits can be expected from the investment made in these coins in 2-3 years.

Stratis will be great, it had gone low last week which was about $2.50 but now it suddenly rise up to $3.70. Litecoin is pretty much high already but its still good to hold it for long term if you can afford though. If you want the coins that is cheaper try XRP and STR.

I would of course pick those that are very aggressive in their project development. That would definitely include ethereum because it is still growing considering the number of ICOs that are yet to be conceived. That would also include waves. Waves is a very solid project and team but kind of undervalued in terms of their token. Even those that are waves-based, even if they are very good projects, are not pumping. Time will come they will all gain growth in value.

The only long term investment is Bitcoin, especially after the test of 2X fork, which it proves that it can't be shut down by external pressure nor by implosion. alts arevlike fast fashion, one day it's the hottest coin, tomorrow it could be shitcoin. Bitcoin seems to stay as the reference for crypto market.

I can see ethereum. It is the coin that is recommended not only by a single person but most of the users here recommending or been telling that ethereum is good.
