Bitcointalk ranked the number one place where you can find interesting ICO or crypto projects to invest in then followed by various social media to be precise twitter. Here are the two places I can vouch for

I am subscribed to the specialized Telegram channels. One channel also has a chat useful, there people who participate in the bounty communicate. Of course, they will not be so scrupulous about the longevity of the ICO, but the necessary information can be gleaned from there. The forum is also evaluated by many ICO. And according to reports in the topics you can track real interest or commercial. But I use it to participate in bounty campaigns, so that your little work is not empty.

Bitcointalk forum is the best place to find interesting ICO. I use this forum to find all best ICO. You have to also be-careful that there is also available some scam project.. You can also check some website like topicolist.com and others..But maximum times bitcointalk forum is enough for finding ICO .

Contrary to many, I think crypto is in a bubble but not very big yet. However, I do think ICOs are in a clear bubble and therefore, I would rather wait and see the coin listed on a exchange before buying it.

I would just look through the announcement thread and do your own research.

I find that too many people just post their ICO's. Look for your own ICO and research it well.

Currently to many source to mention, but my top here:

1.Icodrops (great data and they always mention about token cost and minimums)
2.Icoscanner (for performance of past ico)
3.Social media > youtube, twitter, via experts like Ian Balina (expert do a more deep review of technical and token metrics)

I always use ICOdrops to track my bounty project, it provides enough data to help my decision is hold or sell after received my token.
I checked icoscanner and it seems still need to develop more, not like icodrops it has not much data on its system.

The best way is to monitor ICO bench but also scan ANN and Bounty threads - then links to Webs. The best ones to get into are ICOs that have already got great advisors, connects, exchanges on with a nice bonus buy in. This is the best way to maximise value when buying altcoins.

Where do you find interesting ICO or crypto projects to invest ? Here on bitcointalk announcements or on other websites related to new ICO  announcements !

Where usually it can be found in the bounty campaign or services sections in the thread. They can also find them in the social media such as facebook or twitter or sometime in the instagram, reddit, medium and other.

I usually check the announce sector in this forum to find out the good ICO. After that access, its website to reach whitepaper, check Linked of the team's members and advisor's member. To find out the good ICOs, you have to have good economy knowledge. Hope that you will succeed.

I think the best way is to look through the ICO announcement section and then once I have a quick look into a thread, I go further. You find a name and a website and you have a look around.

I think that's the best thing to do rather than just to listen to random posts or marketing campaigns.

I also use announce section a lot. Else than here Reddit is also good resource to catch some good coins. After I got the names of the project I do a lot of research like you. Almost like a detective.
