How deal with bullies at work?

Just stay focus on what you are currently doing if you think that is useful to you and to your job. Ignore those bullying workmates because they may be jealous of what you have now. Also, make sure you are enjoying what you are working so that you will not be bother of what others do or back fight on you.

Actually, it depends on how you are being bullied and it deoends on how much you eould like to stay on that place you're working on. I mean wherever you go you'll definitely come across someone that eill make your job a bit harder. My advise is fight back. Bullies generally won't pick on someone who would actually push back. Keep it in yhe boudaries of your company's code of conduct. If it worsen, kick this person's ass outside work to settle things out.

Bullies are cowards, if its verbal bullying, study and outwit them, make them look the inferior person in their peer group, watch lots of standup comedy to get ideas of how to roast them.

If its physical get in the gym and develop yourself, that will have more benefits than just keeping the bully away i.e. health benefits, confidence boost and you will look better and be stronger.

1st day of my new job the local "Funny/big man" tried to put me down, not in a nasty way but definitely not in a welcome to the company way, trying to mark his Territory..

"Your quite, dont you talk? are we too intimidating?" 3 of them stood around me, i stood up calmly walked to the guy doing the talking and said, "Sorry what was that?" while looking right in his eyes...

All i had to do, he went bright red, mumbled, stuttered and walked off.

Hes one of my good mates now - funny how it works out..

Im 100% sure if i crumbled and went red/said nothing id be the object of ridicule to this day...

I have trained in the gym for 12 years so that probably helped, but they are all the same - stand up they run.

Dont let them win by moving on.

Always was and always will be bullies, or pests. I advise you to speak openly with them. You should not show your fear (even if you are afraid). Be confident and convincing - then you will be left behind.

Grow up and fight back you should know better that you are not born to be bullied or your parents didn't raise you just to get bullied,
Sometimes you need to fight back so that others wouldn't make fun of you because there are times that they would make fun of you because they know that you wouldn't fight back.

This is a strange thing and I think there is a problem in you why something is bothering you and that environment rejects you and everyone has its own problem.

Bullies around us are destructions but it is just for us to handle different circumstances. As for me, it would serve as a challenge for me on how to deal with those kind of people. I will try to treat them nicely despite of what they are doing but I would never have a second thought of fighting back once they hurt me.

Very hard to deal with workplace bullying. I don't get why people do this, we work to get purpose and to make money. Bullying is evil and should be stamped out everywhere.

Getting another job because you are being bullied can only make it worse both for you, the bullies and the other people at work that can be bullied as well. in a formal ways at the work place to deal bullying with you at the first time talk to her not to bully you and inform your superior that one of your co-worker bullying with you and not to the extend that you look a another job to keep away from her, maybe on that case your superior make and action for that guy. maybe that guys is ground for termination if they do that for no reasons.

My way to deal with bullies at work I keep on being  myself,I don't  change my attitude  because of them.You always get  those  persons  who  want to be the main atraction in every descussion and  always  make fun of you because they can't take it if  everything  is not about them.
