I still believe in the saying that when you're born poor it's not your fault, but if you die poor then it's your fault. It's all the matter of thinking ahead. I mean it's easy to get to highschool, after that it's just a matter of good old hard labor to getting to college and earning a job. Some actually just dropped out of highschool altogether but went to business. Being poor is not a reason to stay poor. There are ways to get out if it, it's just the matter of getting off you butt and working

there are countries where lack of proper law and order contributes to poverty. this is because there cannot be proper environment for business or work in places of no law and order. many countries in Africa, Middle east suffer from poverty due to communal violence, terrorism etc. for this the governments need to take firm steps to curb the violence. or else the common man cannot work to generate income.
