It is really good news for everyone. Now you can invest in the future of your children. This bitcoin helps the whole community for all the daily living expenses. Hopefully Bitcoin will be still alive and performing, when they will grow up.

many school here on our country are also accepting bitcoin as their payment medium but all of them are on ptivate schools and college university . much better if they can also implement bitcoin on lower school levels or on all types of schools , so that many people can try and use their bitcoins to pay for their school fees .

Aside from school fees , we have also exchange/wallet that supports all kinds of paying services , such as paying on bills center  , paying on trains , paying on mobile recharge and many more.

Wow! this is good news! maybe this is the beginning bitcoin in real life! it can be considered as payment for their tuition fees. I hope other schools and other countries will be that way because if the bitcoin payment process is no more problem solver and no administration in the school will steal money for students and instead make parents easier to pay

This is a good job for the school head department. Students does not need official receipt anymore because the transaction will exist forever in the blockchain. So this will end those shady schools that operates unfair to the students that does not let take you an exam if you ever lost your receipt.

I think it's very good. More and more evidence that the cryptocurrencies have come to our reality seriously and for a long time. We are waiting for other good news, which is now very lacking, because bitcoin does not want to grow.

Although this has a good effect but this will bring the question if the Bitcoin price is currently decreasing.

So many news of merchants accepting bitcoin nowadays. This is quite interesting to see a school accepting bitcoin for tuition fees payment. It will attract many of the students to cryptocurrency and help it to spread faster. Through this, the price of Bitcoin can grow.

Certainly the technology on which bitcoin and other crypto currencies are on is block chain. Block chain and its concepts are taught in most of the computer science courses as far as I concern. When block chain is taught bitcoin is probably the first word that students are asked about by the lecturer. Therefore lectures on block chain certainly covers bitcoin lesson.

Very good indeed, this news has been since November 2017, I would like to know how current it goes. whether the university is still receiving payments using bitcoin when bitcoin prices have gone down and with the current bitcoin condition whether they still accept it.

Actually mate, you can still pay your tuition fees by coverting your bitcoin to fiats. Well, it's advantage to pay directly to bitcoin because only your QR code will be scanned which is hassle free but if your country or school didn't yet implemented bitcoin as mode of payments and you really want money, you have no choice but to convert you bitcoin.

Given the current attitude of the authorities to crypto-currencies, it is not surprising that it is difficult to find specific information on the Internet payment acceptance by Internet shops in such currencies. But with each month, there will be an increasing number of offers from Russian stores selling goods with payment using crypto-currencies (ethereum, bitcoin and so on).

Converting bitcoin to fiat to pay was not the idea of the currency. I understand most of the organization that was collecting bitcoin as payment as at last year had silently stopped it after the new year dump. That why i will request that such named institution/school collecting bitcoin last year should be verified again.

That's a good thing to hear. sooner or later every University all over the World will accept Bitcoin as payment. and cryptocurrency might be taught to the students too. we can now assume that every student has the chance to earn money while they are still studying.

Wow! This means that bitcoin is not only an investment, but also used as a means of payment. I love that.

Good and bad news.
For those who are willing to use bitcoin as tuition it is a good news for them. For they can be considered an independent student
For those who are not willing to use their coins, they still have to go to their parents and request for financial supports for their studies and their parents will still suffer  Cheesy

PS: The University of Santo Thomas here in the Philippines and De La Salle University are also accepting bitcoin as tuition. Still those schools are for those who are rich Cheesy

Universities are embracing accepting bitcoin for tuition, with Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts in Switzerland the latest school to adopt. If anything, it's another clear sign the cryptocurrency is here to stay.

https://futurism.com/schools-accepting-bitcoin-tuition/

Even so... Bitcoin has been used to buy homes, and countries like Venezuela and Vietnam are beginning to truly embrace the currency. Now, certain universities are adopting the payment method of bitcoin for tuition, albeit with a few caveats.
I wonder what universities would do if they accepted tuition when btc was equal to $6,000 and then it went up to $8,000 in several months.
Hope that there are certain specialists in these educational institutions dealing with crypto that would now allow them to lose money in periods of high volatility.

I really like that large organizations dare to accept bitcoin. It describes them as a modern organization. And for bitcoin it is a big step forward.

This is a reminder to all of us, especially those who are still in the phase of doubt and confusion as to the future of Bitcoin, that Bitcoin is going to be the currency of the future. There is now a strong sense I hope with the advent of schools opening up for Bitcoin payment that the road is really going to a world where the main payment system is cryptocurrency, especially Bitcoin. There will be more to follow definitely.
