There can be no excuse for scamming, stealing and robbing, if you are poor and starve to death you are the only one to blame. Billions of people work hard, study, build plans for the future and tighten their belts during hard times, their situation is no different from those who choose the criminal life. If you will start whitewashing and glorifying stealing, you will end up with cleptocratic and corrupt society that only becomes poorer because economy just can't work in such environment.

It is really bad to put the burden of your laziness and idleness on the shoulders of an innocent person who is working very hard just for the sake of profit. In my own opinion, there are many different reasons why people tend to scam other people. One example is, they are in need of money. They cant get a job or they cant earn a decent amount of bitcoin thats why the only way for them to earn money fast is by fooling or scamming other people. Another reason is that, they are good in making fake websites and investments that scam people's money. It serves as their work and they are also the boss. Those people will not become successful in the future because they are earning money in a wrong and illegal way.

People scam for some reason sometimes they commit crime such as what so called scam , just to fill their needs in daily lives , and some are doing it because of greedyness of a person. As you said to because of very desperate on what their desire is they committing crime , and they scam to just to become rich , rich and richer they wanted more than just a thousand , they wanted more as higher than a million.
