I believe, but not the current ico, too much opaque, only the previous period, no later period, I believe there will be more measures to ensure the smooth operation of the project, so the ico system needs improvement

The number of ICO that borned are increase significantly and most of them reach success, I think its only matter of time that ICO will learn to be better and grow up be mature.

ICO is a good thing. But while there is no legislative regulation, there will be a lot of scams

The number of successful ICO's are decreasing dramatically.  Just wanna know about successful ICO's in the fourth quarter of 2017 and if anybody still believes in  ICO's.
There are many affected ICO on this first quarter of the year 2018. It is because most of coins are dumping, also Bitcoin, one of the main reason that some ICO are unsuccessful because of the price of Bitcoin is dumping, almost 50% the price of Bitcoin decrease.

Yes I still believe in ico's it is really profitable  to us joining in  bounties  but you need to research about their project before you join to know everything about their project if they had a chance to success in future.

ICO investing is just like any new startup business. One has to check the project fundamentals and team quality carefully.

I don't believe in ICO as a whole.
There are much more scams than legit projects in ICOs. More ICOs are failing since February.
I have learnt from my mistake that I'd rather skip some ICOs than run into scams.

Of course, yes! Tokens charts aren't always red. Many perspective projects appear every week.

This year is not being conducive to the crypto market. There are many uncertainties regarding its regulation and this has affected the funding of ICOs.
I believe in this model, but it is necessary that you do a good research before entering an ICO and keep in mind that the return may take time to produce results.

I also think that not all ICOs are fraud. Some are very interesting and already have a product. This is a form of financing, the company can be absolutely legal. Although it is true that everything is very crowded, and we find a lot of fraud.

that's right.. and then google is not advertising crypto and ico in google advert, hope the situation will go back to normal, cause despite the fact that there are many scam projects, but there are lots of interesting and very potential projects. like Merculet, for instance. It connects both the supply and demand sides of attention with an open protocol suite to promote a virtuous circulation of the Internet of Value.

And despite these speculation on regulations at various quarters of media houses, i think ICOs are still a way of bringing good technological based blockchain token today.

I believe that the main reason is that the projects and their teams want to collect very large money
But there are many fraudulent ICO projects. They only cheat money from investors and do not want to develop it
