Still believe in ICO ?

As always it depends on the ICOs, there is a lot of scams and shitty projects out there but if you dig through it enough you can find amazing stuff.

There used to be a formula you could follow to have a good chance at making money right after an ICO finishes, but that seems to not be the case anymore.

Does anyone watch exchanges and buy as soon as a new one is listed to ride that initial pump instead of locking up money prior?

ICO is not much credible. but there are some ICOs that are actually held for a good project and the results are good. you can see for yourself the history of ICO that is loaded on some sites. I still trust ICO.

Generalizing this is not a good idea to me. There are some luck ico projects which made 30x in a day. Check populous for instance, their price made 20x in the first day of it hits etherdelta. Some of them are really promising and profitable.

We all know there are a lot of ICO recently despite the fact that there are many unsuccessed ico due to scammers want fast money. But i realize there are many ico really good and successed with high reputation. So in order to invest in an ICO projects, we have to carefully research about it before invest your money in. The number of successful ICO's are decreasing dramatically.  Just wanna know about successful ICO's in the fourth quarter of 2017 and if anybody still believes in  ICO's.

The process is just beginning and soon the coolest companies will do Ico and there will be new types of ICO when the teams compete for the money of the community. If the team does not work well, the money will be given to the other team, which will do better.

Yes still believing despite some of the projects turns to scam after they get what they wanted. I believed there are still few ICO that is legit. We just need to study well because some of it have a good whitepaper, website but the team is fake. We must do some good research.

What are the numbers and figure with fact that you have that shows the number of successful ICO is decreasing? The success of any ICO is not contigent on crowdsale and all kind of sales, but on solid tech, team and plan for future development!

Though many ICO are decreasing out there but still I believe in ICO because there are still many surviving  entities of ICO's out there in which in you invest you could still gain from. Never give up on something in which you know you could invest and gain out from.

A lot of ico have great potential so in the long run, you can profit from it. However, a lot of the people like to fomo and fud. So like the recent rise in btc price, more people are shifting from alt to bitcoins. End up even good ico also dont have much fund raised.

Sure thing! We DO believe in ICO - when crowd sales started it became obvious that approach gives a lot of opportunities for collecting some funds for raising businesses and innovative projects. Yes, of course, I still believe in ICO. ICOs likes Start-ups, They are new projects which are executed by entrepreneurs. Therefore, 90% will be failed after ICOs date. However, there are many successful projects. And investors should believe and supports ICOs.

I definitely still believe in ICOs. I guess you can say a fair amount don't succeed but you can't compare all cryptocurrencies against each other. Many cryptocurrencies serve a different purpose making accurate comparisons near impossible. You have to look over the ICOs business plan and their goal. Often doing your research on any given ICO will give you a better idea of what you are getting into. I myself am looking to invest and by doing an ample amount of research I have come across one upcoming ICO that I believe will be a good investment, they are Propthereum.io. They are an asset backed cryptocurrency and are expecting a 1566% coin appreciation in a short amount of time. Check them out and let me know what you think.

You're right. Not all icos are scams. People just tend to get a bit careless and lazy when it comes to looking behiind he icos they're investing in. Spending time to learn about the ico should lessen your chances of landing on a scam
