You look at alot of the projects out there and I can see where you would feel like its a lottery, but take the time to look at the projects I have been involved in. Most of the projects I have ran a marketing campaign for have been fairly successful and I don't feel like anyone has lost money following the projects I have been involved in.

Personally, i have read the white paper of VLB project and i think it is a great project to introduce and make Vehicle Lifecycle Business into blockchain.

This is why I'm saying that it's a win-win situation if an investor is looking for the ICO that he wants to invest. yahoo62278 will not put his reputation into such projects if it's not promising and take note that he's one of the advisor makes this project really interesting. Even so, you can not 100% protect yourself from fraud. Investing in ICO is always accompanied with risk. You can only reduce the risk of failure.

No doubt the number of successful ICOs are decreasing and investors are not investing in ICOs confidently. PEOPLE make ICOs successful. Some scams have discouraged the investors like BENEBIT scam. As in 2017 project teams saw an easy way to crowdfund  lots of money, this trend continues in 2018. But there is a lot more projects competing for money now, and as an investor you have to be more and more carefull. Also in this kind of bear market it is quite normal to see successful icos decreasing. On the other side big projects ( as Bankera ) had no problems in getting funds.

I think lots of ICOs are scam or can't get their target as the whitepapers. So join a lot of icos now is not a wisdom choice, buy there real has a little icos are reals and will the star tomorrow.

Of course, I still believe in ICOs and a lot of projects have become successful because of the proper execution of their plans. I just participate in some ICsO that have potential to be great someday and a lot of successful ICOs are now the big things in the market. They are already running successfully. I think is still worth it to participate in ICO especially to invest.

Of course, everyone believes ICO. But there are some fake projects that make the ICO discreditable. So, we need to take a close look at the projects we are going to take to avoid being cheated.
In addition, we can also invest in ICO to make more money if you are a person with a lot of money. ICO has created a lot of jobs for everyone and improved their economy a lot.
