Is Master Degree Important?

Master Degree is important for a multitude of reasons.
a). It furthers your knowledge on the subject area
b). Enables you to secure a profession faster, because you would be listed higher that others who don't posses it
c). Enables you to advance in your field
d). Fetches higher salaries in the market, because of increased responsibilities

Mostly people in research and academia sectors benefit from a master's degree, my master's degree enabled me to fetch a higher salary in the market and get a job faster. So is a master's degree important, i feel it is.

it depends on the person, if he wants to achieve something more in the work, then the master's degree is important)) If you want to work in higher education, then without a master's degree you can not)) but even if you get a job, and show that you have completed a master's degree, then you will be taken to work faster, and you will have more earnings))

I can say only about IT. It is not a problem if you have only bachelor degree. But by having master degree your salary will be higher.

Master degree is not important if you have knowledge because many people are poor they cant go to college.if you have knowledge and wisdom you know how to work hard you can be a succesful one.

Master degree is not important if you have knowledge because many people are poor they cant go to college.if you have knowledge and wisdom you know how to work hard you can be a succesful one.

Without an educational degree, you can't enter in to the white-collar sector. And I agree that some of the uneducated people may be having the knowledge and wisdom that the educated guys lack. Even then, without a college degree, you will not qualify for the vast majority of the jobs. If you are thinking about setting up a business on your own, then it is a different thing though.

It actually depends on the person taking it. Nowadays, even though you have a masterals degree and you applied fo a job, yet the applicant that you are with came from a bery popular university, they will hire him despite the lack of a degree. I’m speaking from experience. That’s why it is more of a self achievement rather than an advantage for me.

It is good to have good accomplishments in life. However, I think master's degree is just required if you're going to be promoted or if you are applying for high rank position. You don't even need to have a degree just to be successful. You just need to work hard to be successful. There's a lot of rich people who were not able to finish high school.

When you have ability that don't need tge master degree,  you cam leave it.
In different case,  having master degree it means have more experience than someone who doesn't have.
You will ll get more knowledge,
But sometimes having master degree is useless for somebody who just having the teori and afraid of trying to make new creative idea.
Another lucky,  having master degree will give you one step esier in getting job than somebody who don't have it.

In the magistracy to go, in my opinion, it is necessary. At the present time, even specialists who graduate from the Master's program have advantages when applying for jobs (in some areas). In general, if honestly to a specialist who normally studied at a university, there will be nothing to do in the average magistracy.

i think it depends on your future aspirations. if you want to work in startups, founder, or tech related field, hands on experience and understanding of solving customer problems is more important than masters. i guess if you are interested in building something, masters or even a degree is not necessary. but if you want to work in established industries such as Finance, manufacturing, CFO etc then it is necessary.

True, most of the companies that accepting applicants are after with the Masters degree. But in my assessment with this it is not necessary to anyone if you have Masters degree or not for what most important is our ability of how to earn using our skills.
