I agree. But the scenario is changing rapidly. The employers are no longer giving much importance to the educational qualification of the job aspirants. On the other hand, they are looking more in to the skill set, character and the communication abilities. A lot of students in colleges get admission as a result of affirmative action. I can say that 70% master degree is important.
We all know recently that many factories and companies receive their employes from their degree.
And master degree also take a big part of our position in the company.
But having master degree without having a good skill is useless too.

Masters degree is an advantage but it doesnt mean that if you dont have degree you cant get any job, maybe you can get a job but its simple job only. If we can get masters degree it is better, so we can get a job with our degree.

Depends what will you do with it. If you wanna use it then it is important. I know many people who have a master degree but do not make any use of it.

In my opinion is master degree is important, YES it is because here in our county if you work in the governement offices, if you want to go to a higher position you must need a masteral degree or even a doctoral degree. And for me taking masteral or doctoral is important because it not wrong to learn more and more, continue to learn in school. Yes experience is a best way of learning but theres a certain knowledege that the school can give to you.

I think that in today's world it is not so important. When you have a skill that is currently necessary on the market the experience is much more important. Sometimes Master Degree is usefull, but generally the employer looks what you did and what projects you have finished. I know some people with Master Degree that struggle on the job market and people with Engineering Degree that perform very well.

In my country we value our education and Master Degree is not necessarily. Bachelor's degree is the highest attainment that i've achieve. if i'm younger than yesterday i could study Master Degree.
