Hi. I'm assuming you already have some knowlegde about cryptocurrency, so what you want to understand is on how to acquire altcoins.
First thing you need is to get your very own digital wallet, this is where you will deposit your fiat. Most popular digital wallet that i've read was coinbase, It is base in the US. Depending on your country, there are local digital wallets that you can use. Some digital wallets already offers altcoins, but the only problem is there are only a handful to choose from.
Next thing you need is to find is an exchange. Every exchange has a certain variety of altcoins, so it is important that before choosing an exchange you first need to choose on what altcoins you are going to get. To name a few popular exchange that i could recommend is binance, poloniex, bittrex and kraken.
Lastly is how you can get the altcoin you wish to have. Now that you have a digital wallet, already deposit your fiat, altcoin that you want and an exchange, you can now buy an altcoin. In the exchange just find the deposit section, here you'll need to enter your digital wallet address. Then enter the amount you like to deposit. Im assumming that your fiat is already converted to bitcoin or whatever cryptocurrency that the exchange is accepting. Next is to find the altcoin you want to get. Click on the altcoin, then click buy, enter the amount you want depending on how much you deposit and there you have it, you now have the altcoin that you want.
If you what more detailed instruction on how to acquire altcoins, you can always find it on the internet.

Hope this helps.

Hi I am new user in bitcointalk.org and I want to buy some altcoin. I have no experience about trading. Please share your experience.

You need to plan your investment, do some reserch online. Check the team behind the project, it's usage and volume in the market. After doing research, check on which exchange it's available, check the volume and support for the altcoin. Take atleast a month to study the market performance of the altcoin. Once you are satisifies, do the purchase and join the telegram community of the ICO and stay updates.

You take and buy)))
All just look through a lot of literature, then you shuffle bitcoin, do analysis of the markets, you choose the market where you want to trade and where to buy, then you buy all you need)))

First you need to learn how exchange works before buying altcoins and must know the full function of altcoins that you are buying, Don't just buy because your friend told you to buy. You must first learn the rules in investing in cryptocurrency.

LBC would be the best option I would say. You have all options available here. All coins are listed under one by one. You can filter coins you like. Compare with one another. Pick the best ones.  Invest in as many coins as you can as all coins are in red.  So LBC would be the right option to buy altcoins.

Lots of alternatives to buying Bitcoin and some Altcoin. But my advice, if you do not have experience about trading then you have absolutely no knowledge. I think you should learn more about reading and understanding first about trading. Since trading is not easy, everything should be well prepared. So do not be tempted by the results first but behind the big results a lot of risks.

You can buy coins through LBC. It seems to me that for you it will be the best option. Buy on LokalBitcoins is very convenient if you do not plan to trade on the exchange.

You cannot handle coins at the moment. At this rate in the market, you definitely need wide knowledge about this. You cannot just ask others about the time when you're going to sell or buy coins or what will gonna happened to the coins by tomorrow. You need to take this seriously before investing.

Before you buy some Altcoin, all you have to do now is master the science of Trade. Because Trading is not as easy as you think, you have to master all the science, all the ways, and strategies. Capital number two and the main one is the Science of Trade.

If you already have ETH and are looking to trade altcoins, Token Store is a great exchange. It's decentralized, so your funds are always safe and secure in the smart contract. It's also one of the best value exchanges, as they just decreased fees by 90%. I also think it's very user-friendly, with how to guides and videos and great support.

Some time ago I bought "yobit" through the stock exchange. For the reasons that you can buy there for the Russian Ruble. I also found that there are fewer fees than in the exchangers

It's very easy to do today. It will take you 15 minutes maximum. You need to register on a popular and reliable exchange, where you can deposit your fiat currency and make an order to buy bitcoin. But don't keep crypto at exchanges. Be sure to send it to your personal wallet.

Follow some coins for a while (you can use coinmarketcap) and look at your candles on the market to see how well they trade, and then you can buy these coins.

I believe only reliable exchanges should be considered.
I would say there are:
Cex.io - https://cex.io/
Kraken - https://www.kraken.com/
Poloniex - https://poloniex.com/
You can find a list of top exchanges and compare them. If you are a newbie it's better to choose a platform, which is simple in use.

Don't believe in any trading move suggestions, as the majority of traders have their own agenda and often look to take advantage of the newbies. One small tip - do your own thinking.
