if you take advantage of when there is an ICO process to buy a new altcoin maybe that is a very risky way because I often come across tokens created by the ICO that have a marketing strategy using the bounty campaign usually the token when it is registered at the exchange place experiencing a price decline because there will definitely be many bounty campaign participants selling that have been earned, therefore I suggest avoiding buying a new altcoin from ICO, you better look for it at the exchange place and make sure you have the capital at the exchange place to buy atlcoin .
