I feel so late to the party. Coins now are very expensive, like $5800 for Bitcoin and $345 for Ethereum... then $5 - $30 for other coins. I take a look at the blockchain explorers and see big holders of coins, for example some people have 1000+ bitcoin, a lot of people have 500,000+ ethereum. These people got the coins when they were 1 penny each, now I have to pay $500 for the same coin?

Why are the coins so expensive today? Can I go back in time and get them cheaper?

Even if I put in a lot of my money, I only get a fraction of what people were able to get 1 year ago. 1 year ago people got coins for 1 penny and stashed 100,000 coins for $1000, now I have to pay $1000 just for 1 coin?!? I feel so ripped off!

Also I knew about Bitcoin when it was $30, and I knew about Ethereum when it was $7! I was alive in these time periods and was looking online and reading about these things but it all flew by!

Am I too late to the party? Is it a good time to get buy today or should I find a way to time travel back in time?

My frustration is BIG.

If you find a way to travel back in time then message me I will go with you. LOL.

But seriously yes the price now is expensive compared to a years ago but people said that bitcoin was expensive when it was a dollar. People said that it was expensive when it was a hundred dollars and it was also expensive when it was a grand.  Bitcoin is still young and growth is still there you shouls buy now because when you ignore it right now you will regret after a few years.

You'd rather be late to the party then not attend at all.   Grin

I felt the same way especially with the prices climbing so high this year. I felt like I was running out of time. However, Bitcoin is sure to rise much higher than it is today so keep investing. Everyone else will be late to the party but not us!

Well if you keep dwelling in to the past and keep comparing to what others have already made you only have yourself to blame.

To answer your question, the answer is No, you are not late to the party, you are still a head of many millions who still don't have a clue.

Just do more research, follow experts and be clever.  There are still many many opportunities a head.

Its not too late For you ive speculated some threads and the signature campaigns has the rates of 0
3 or maybe higher but that rate didnt have a huge value like now i think that is about a dollar and a half so many bitcoiners i guess have probably sell it or exchange it into goods or stuffs for themselves not like now they give a huge salary given by the ranks before you and has minimum rates but bigger values each time and  then . I was frustrated too at first but its time to move on

No, you're still not late. You just should earn more bitcoin or other coin. In crypto currency, it doesn't matter at all if you are late. You just need patient, because we can't know ,those coins you telling may dump soon, so that will the time you can buy those coins.

Today you can still buy a couple of altkoins. But the best time was yesterday, when the whole market was red. Look at the perspective coins that have not yet grown much after the hardcore and buy.

There are still plenty of coins still giving 10x returns in  months. You just need to be brave to invest and take action otherwise they will fly by too

Late to the future? I don't think so. I felt like being late to the party when BTC was already past $1200 and now I think how much of a cheapo it was back then. Just change your mindset, there are people who've made it and millions of people who WILL make it one day. This is the beginning of the party.

Me too! Wish I just start bitcoin last year so I can have enough funds to invest in bitcoin and sell it now. For me, this is the right time to sell bitcoin. Everyone should set a target price when they would like to sell it.

I definitely don't think you are late to the party. There are still upcoming cryptocurrencies that have great potential. Look out for upcoming ICO's and do your research before investing. One I've been researching that was recommended to me is Propthereum.io. Definitely worth some looking into.

it's never too late to start. just be patient, at the bullish market u can make some quick money, after that, just be patient and wait for the bottom comes, when the bubble explodes it's time for long term investment

Party on!  And check out masternode coins if you want passive coin income -  it's worth your time!   here's a big list with stats and details: https://masternodes.pro/

CRAVE is a very good coin to get into to start with, easy to setup, only 500 coins needed... Very cheap, high returns.  In Crave's case, there's only 1.4 Million coins, so they are quite rare as well.

ok, I admit you're taking this too far. You talk about frustrations, and you really shouldn't, because if you knew back then about bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies, and decided not to invest, then that was you back then, and your decision back then. Stop living in the past and move on now. Otherwise, what's the point of this discussion?

The way I see it, anything can happen, as a result of the mass options to adopt one or more digital currencies. Bitcoin can always go up, as it has done so far. And any other altcoin can rise in a few years just as much or even higher, who knows?!

Now, you have the experience of the first chance you missed out on crypto. But there are more to come. Check all the crypto which are just being released on the market, check for the ones with a project which is being developed, since those are the ones that stand a better chance of developing further and increase in value. invest now in what not so many people know of, because what happened with bitcoin is likely to happen again. In the end, history has a funny way of repeating itself.

Stop living in the past!!!

It's never too late!
Just keep in mind that as the price is getting higher, this simply means that trading is happening, that means that someone is selling and someone is buying, the latter isn't definitely thinking: 'it's late to join'  Wink

Outsiders take on Bitcoin

2013 too expensive
2014 too expensive
2015 too expensive
2016 too expensive
2017 too expensive

Just get in. However you do it, before it IS too late.

Well, some people were considering Bitcoin too expensive even before 2013, when it was first priced 4$. And when it went back to 1$ or so magazines wrote that "Bitcoin is dead". Very interesting in hindsight.

It will be too late when prices are stabilized. I guess this will not happen in next few years for sure.
