I feel so late to the party. Coins now are very expensive, like $5800 for Bitcoin and $345 for Ethereum... then $5 - $30 for other coins. I take a look at the blockchain explorers and see big holders of coins, for example some people have 1000+ bitcoin, a lot of people have 500,000+ ethereum. These people got the coins when they were 1 penny each, now I have to pay $500 for the same coin?

Why are the coins so expensive today? Can I go back in time and get them cheaper?

Even if I put in a lot of my money, I only get a fraction of what people were able to get 1 year ago. 1 year ago people got coins for 1 penny and stashed 100,000 coins for $1000, now I have to pay $1000 just for 1 coin?!? I feel so ripped off!

Also I knew about Bitcoin when it was $30, and I knew about Ethereum when it was $7! I was alive in these time periods and was looking online and reading about these things but it all flew by!

Am I too late to the party? Is it a good time to get buy today or should I find a way to time travel back in time?

My frustration is BIG.

A lot of people have 500.000 ethereum? are you sure? cause it has 150 million usd value  Smiley as i checked the rich list there are only 23 wallets that have more than 500.000 ethereum. And consider some of them are forgotten wallets and exchange wallets  Wink

Nice guess.
Remember the topic i made and the ones others made in 2014 when they launched the ICO ?
Recall how many the dev Butters took for himself and how much he paid is friends ?

Care ?
Of course not.. how much can i make ?
That is the only question.
Not is it a rigged scammy "scheme" coin scheme for profits.
Bitcoin profits.

Forgot the ETH douches premined like 70 million coins or some shit and kept them for themselves and handed each other fancy titles like CEO etc ?
Forgot Butters said he doesn't believe in ETH and that he also said on Twitter he dumped his holding before ?
What part of ETH do you guys know ?
It wasn't launched open source & mining was tacked on later and it was heavily premined and even worse manipulated bad.
It has a huge massive laundry list of negative scammy points.
Right there in plain sight from day 1.
Care ?
Of course not.. you all just line up to ask "How much Bitcoin profits can i get from it ?"

FUD first & ask questions later™
The block chain is the main innovation of Bitcoin. It is the first distributed timestamping system.

When you first started this thread, you was slightly late, now you are very late.
I'm late too for that matter, and i'm sure there are many who feel the same way.
If only we invested in Bitcoin years ago, we could of been millionaires today, ey!?

I think the market is backed by a good and improving technology so this market will keep up for some years.
And we are still at the beginning. Not many people heard about blockchain yet.
If you feel like many people already know it it is just because you are interested in it and you are chatting with people like you, but if I ask my friends they are really not interested in it yet and usually dont understand me.
So I think if you zoom a bit out you still one of the early adopters. Dont look at the price of one coin, look at the capitalization and you will see that there is still space to grow.

You are not too late to the party, information is vital. Assuming you have gotten the chance as those people then, you would have made the best use of it. put frustration aside and make good use of what you have now

It is never too late to invest. There are always potential ICO projects to join. Bitclave is one of the best projects. You can access its website to research.

I would prefer to invest in ICOs... It's true there is a lot of scam projects and it's harder to find a good one. But I truly believe there is a big future of ICO's, so we now just need more patience to do our researches.

$5800 to $7200 in 3 weeks. See, you're definitely not late!

Same here, I was planning to buy BTC 2 years ago, but was too lazy to actually learn how to buy it.

I think it is not too late yet Grin

I would advise not considering yourself an "investor".
I would recommend staying away from any and all ICO's.
And research ? The ole "Due diligence" cliche ?
Sure.. fine.
It's simple, you *SHOULD* be here to SUPPORT a digital currency.
Not an ICO scheme coin for profits.

If you are here for the wrong reasons then yeah you are too late and destined to fail.
Fail to you all i am sure means lose your money.
To a crypto supporter it would mean the project failed at it's goal.
The "project" being getting a fairly launched decentralized / open source digital currency used as intended.

I would also advise ignoring all the little idiot pajeet noobs and puppet accounts posting hollow platitudes.
They are not steering you in a positive direction.
Or crypto itself.

What i just said is common sense.
Or i should say not so common sense because apparently this crypto shit is a breeding ground for stupidity.
A siren call for every shady ass two bit thief peddling schemes fer teh ROI'z.
All yelling loudly handing out advice as EXPERTS with 2 posts noob accounts.

I don’t think someone can be late for investing in this market full of potential opportunities. Because when there is a crash it’s always a potential rise. Or if everything is green try to sell your coins at peak and then buy back when they crash. That circle will never end.

Dude, i uope you realize that you are only late when you start to think so. Do not let yourself discourage your own. Sure, they have greater advantage than us because we knew and never did anything back then, but that doesn't mean we are failures. It is just a matter of perseverance and mentality. Even a small fraction of what they have is what we may manage to get, it can be bigger in the future. And if that still isn't enough for you, then go and be more resourceful and persevere more to reach the thousands from hundreds that you may achive.

We are the same and i do not ket anything bring me down. Remember that you lose on the very first moment you give up. So don't make that mistake.
Exactly I only got into bitcoin 1 year ago and I’m already seeing the benefits of holding bitcoin, can you imagine the benefits I’m going to get if I keep holding for many years? I will probably be able to become rich, not ultra rich but rich enough to not worry about money anymore.
so i think me too is not to late for me to join for the party i must focus now on how do i get some bitcoin and can own atleast one. it may be so hard but i know i can do that.
At the beginning it is going to be difficult to make bitcoin, I went through that but as time goes on you are going to get more ideas about how to make bitcoin and then you are going to realize that things were not as difficult and you are going to make enough money with bitcoin that you may leave your everyday job.

This is neverending party Grin. You are not the only one that thinks he is too late. In the world of cryptocurrency word late doesn't exist. Everything is changeable and like you think now same thought the people before 5 years. Same will think in 5 years. BTC is always changing its value like all other cryptos and if it is too expensive to you now buy something cheaper( altcoin), invest and just wait and see why you will never be late to the party!

Just like any other money market, the opportunities are endless. The party never ends, you can organize your own party with clever trading. Buy low,  sell high, make coin good choices , knowledge is important, good luck to all of us.
