I feel so late to the party. Coins now are very expensive, like $5800 for Bitcoin and $345 for Ethereum... then $5 - $30 for other coins. I take a look at the blockchain explorers and see big holders of coins, for example some people have 1000+ bitcoin, a lot of people have 500,000+ ethereum. These people got the coins when they were 1 penny each, now I have to pay $500 for the same coin?

Why are the coins so expensive today? Can I go back in time and get them cheaper?

Even if I put in a lot of my money, I only get a fraction of what people were able to get 1 year ago. 1 year ago people got coins for 1 penny and stashed 100,000 coins for $1000, now I have to pay $1000 just for 1 coin?!? I feel so ripped off!

Also I knew about Bitcoin when it was $30, and I knew about Ethereum when it was $7! I was alive in these time periods and was looking online and reading about these things but it all flew by!

Am I too late to the party? Is it a good time to get buy today or should I find a way to time travel back in time?

My frustration is BIG.
Now i have the same feelings  Embarrassed we are late but better than never. Good luck everyone in crypto world

Some people might feel that they are late to join Bitcoins rally and some Altcoins like Ethereum might be too high for them to invest, but do not be discouraged because you are never too late. You can invest in smaller coins that give small bursts of large profit and slowly make your way into larger coins.

As you can tell from looking at the charts on coinmarketcap.com or on different exchanges, all coins including Bitcoin are on a dip. This is natural behaviour in the cryptoworld and in stock market. What goes up must come down but eventually it will go up again. So there is no need to worry or feel you are late in investing.

Keep an eye out for major changes in each coin, and begin your investing or trading when you see that there is a steady rise in value again.

You are thinking it's expensive but it is not at all correct

The total cryptocurrency market capitalization is not even crossed the total gold capitalisation

You got it right as it's just the beginning and it's never too late to invest into crypto currency if people find bitcoin expensive to invest due to recent pump then they can probably opt for some sort of alt coins like ethreum or Litecoin or Dash as these are doing pretty well at the moment.

I could say that you're neither late nor early. It is the right time to invest right now on alt coins and bitcoins.

There is still time to invest in some promising coins like ETH or LTC. You must buy some before you start to regret again!  Smiley

Despite the increasing of BTC and ETH prices recently, I think you aren't late to making some profit from investing in crypto currencies. The prices will rise even more and be higher surely in the future, so you can buy now, and hold your coins until the price go up again.

It's not too late to invest in the crypto currency. Yes, you already do not get as much profit as those people who came to the crypto currency several years ago, but you can still get rich. There are many cheap coins that can still give good growth

In crypto you are never late in the party trust me.
This is one world that is just getting interesting and any one getting in now is just getting in at the right time. This year has really shown some huge level of interest in the cryptocurrency world as we see some investors stepping in. In the next few years, the crypto world would have changed totally that most people would wish they had gotten in at this moment.

True! Many of us missed changes, but there will be plenty of new changes, believe!
It is just time. Those who started earlier in the crypto world had a lot of dues they paid and the number of years they held for before they got to this stage. The thing is there is still a very huge room for development and anyone who feels right now that they are late do not just know how lucky they are. The next few years in the crypto world is going to be a pretty huge one, and a lot of people will hope they even joined the train this moment.

If you keep thinking that you are late to the party, you will not join the party at all because you keep missing the opportunities. At least have some long term target when you want to invest in something so you won't feel that way. I buy my first bitcoin when the price is $6000, it was expensive at that time but i think the value will increase even more in 1 or 2 years so i decided to buy it. Now it's not even a year and the value indeed increase so much. If you don't enter now then you'll keep regretting it when the price hit more than $11k.

I think it is never late to enter the cryptocurrency world. In my opinion, there are many different opportunities to catch good profits with bitcoin and many different altcoins.

It is really never too late to join the crypto market! I started in December and have since then turned about $19k to around $29k. I know I could just have bought Bitcoin and I would have made 100% but I really like spreading my investments into several coins. So if Bitcoin where to dump like it could have looked like during the BTH run then I would have been home safe. I go mostly for dividend paying coins since there are no rules against that in EU. Those coins have a good solid floor. Look up Bitdice as one of them.
