Like every other investment such as real estate, stocks and other forms of investment we know that you can invest in that kind of things and then you get something like say a Certificate or a Binding Document as a proof that you are part of that investment, now that of bitcoin all you have is just your address, your password, key and seeds as proof of the ownership of the wallet.

So now if one is considering buying bitcoins and saving for his/her children in the future is there any way to do that with bitcoins apart from having to write down your details somewhere. I'm asking because with that kind of stuff if no one knows your seeds or password no one can get the coins.

Indeed, bitcoin is just like an asset in which we can give this to our children when the time comes for us to depart them but unfortunately we will just need to save the username and passwords to them in a safe place. Well i suggest that your wife must oriented about bitcoin and how to use the wallets so that in case you depart them still there is someone who can open it for them. Aside from this is still writing down details and put it in the bank saferty deposits in which only them can open it with an agreement that only the time you will depart them that they can open it.

As for my experience Crypto-currency is a high risk, high profit business in a way. Anyway when considering the price change throughout 2017, anyone can catch a huge variance. As per my research fuel of crypto-currency is nothing but psychology of mankind. We all know how unstable is the human psychology. So think again can you allow to depend your children's future in such a risk.

I always dreamt to make investments that would able make the life of our family easier. And considering saving bitcoin for my future children is a good idea. Since I told that in future maybe for now I would also considered it as a future plan because there's a lot of things today that I am considering like saving bitcoin for my future business plan, saving bitcoin for my travel adventure and many more. I think saving bitcoin for our children is like saving any other assets of us.  But here the problem here is no certificate of proof or will that will after a us, give our assets the bitcoins to our next generation.  Because bitcoin is stored and secured by a password and an username and for that anybody can steal that or there are possibilities that our children will not get it, no one get it.  Because the password ends with me.  So saving them for children is bit uneasy,  because now bitcoin is non organisations authority.  Nobody controls it and noone is answerable to anyone.

Preparing for the future is the best idea. Knowing that we will not stay in this world forever, having btc as a savings is a very great idea at least we are prepared for the incoming and for some emergencies that we can't be escaped. Maybe not just only savings we can do for our btc but it is also better if get into investment, in which we can multiply our money and earned more.

They fear their country will become dangerous. Some people really want to use bitcoins in their country but the government does not allow that. So they can only use bitcoin in countries that accept bitcoin

this is good question . in my opinion , this really should not be done, because bitcoin can be affected by the market, bitcoin prices can go up and down whenever and the heir, the heir of the legacy must understand bitcoin, has ever playing bitcoin and having bitcoin experience can get that legacy from you. If you leave bitcoin legacy to someone who does not know about bitcoin, what do they do with the coins they do not know to use?

BTC is projected to continue rising...yes but what will be the peak. What is the highest it will reach. And after that point what happens. It'll likely stagnate and starts another jouney downwards. Another Coin can take its place and start the skyward jouney too. Now the fact is that nothing is constant, except change...even the growth of BTC definetly.
 8)How about saving up BTC for the kids, only for them to get it when it is worth too little to matter. Its such a big deal now and the near projected future but it'll not remain like that forever.
So there is a lot of uncertainities surounding this question. FOr me, I'll keep a BTC as well as a little of many other coins. Playing it save for tomorrow.

That is a good idea, but reading what other people are saying it is best to have a good security to keep safe of your information because overtime things can get hacked and you don't wanna lose any of it when you save for your children over the years.

i am not just saving bitcoin for my children but i also saving some altcoin to them because who knows some of altcoin will still exist when my children grow up and have their own life. i think it will be better if we can give something that might be useful to them and they can use the coins for better life. i think its a good idea if we prepare from now for our children because no one can predict what will happen in the future and i called this as a prevention for something bad that might be happen.

That is a great plan for your children to know bitcoin at young age and that will give ideas for them that bitcoin is a great thing to be keep for long term and if they will realize it then they will easily take care of the bitcoins that you are going to save up right now and in the future. Just keep educating and guiding them in the future until you see the successful days in their life because that is the duty of the parents.

In my  point of view , saving bitcoin is the most use full for your children but they must know the importance of wallet and value of bitcoin so it may help full for the future of your child.
