Do they allow users from USA and is there KYC?

as I remember one of my American friends told me that USA isn't allowed , the restrictions section in the site doesn't include what countries aren't allowed tho
regarding KYC been using the site for over 2 years now and never was asked to do so , but the terms are clearly stating that the site has the rights to ask for that when they need to

The KYC part is exactly like that, in case of requirement. For example if they are suspicious of you using two accounts (wouldn't make too much sense in sportsbook, you are not giving yourself an edge by using two accounts) and somehow abused it, or maybe if you were doing double spending method and wanted to make money as much as possible, they have the right to ask for KYC to make sure they are not getting scammed by you, and that is literally the only case they would ask for it and I don't think they have asked for it from anyone so far.

However, American people are not just sportsbet based, even if they allowed you to play here doesn't mean you could, as long as government figures out you are gambling here they would list that as a crime and you would be in trouble, I would suggest following laws of your own country and be safe.

multi accounters can have more edge if they are profitable gamblers , they can abuse the limit and bet more than what the site is allowing you to bet
they can also refer each others and make extra commissions
and lastly since bitcoinrush has a monthly leaderboard , multi accounters can benefit from that as well and take 2 or 3 spots in the leaderboard

, or maybe if you were doing double spending method and wanted to make money as much as possible, they have the right to ask for KYC to make sure they are not getting scammed by you, and that is literally the only case they would ask for it and I don't think they have asked for it from anyone so far.

double spending won't work with bitcoinrush since deposits are credited after 1 confirmation

@casinotbitco Can you help me settle my wager? I've been waiting for a couple of days now and my parlay is still pending. The baseball game I have on my parlay got suspended because of heavy rains but it ended on a tie during the 9th inning so it should be voided. I also sent a message on the support's email but I haven't received a reply yet hoping to get a response since you guys also check this thread every week or so.

yeah I noticed as well there can be delays when a game gets voided
your best shot is contacting Tim thro telegram and I'm sure he will fix it for you , he's been busy with some things in the last couple of days so maybe that's the reason
Could you tell me how to contact them though telegram? Dont know how. Thanks
I also want to notice all the possible new players that they scam me. And really dont recommend them. More info in:  https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5174022.msg52110168#msg52110168

If you already have a telegram account you only need to join their monsterbyte group chat and look for one of the admins on the group. That's how I contacted them through their telegram.

Within a day I got a reply from tim saying he'll forward my problem to their bitcoinrush team.

I think there is a strict regulation right now in USA and other part in the world. It is good only to abide the regulation since it is banned for the citizen because the president or chief officer of the country is the one that bans cryptocurrency.
KYC is helpful to determine our nationality. Because of a strict regulation, I think it is right and good if there is KYC.

Have you tried to get in touch with the one who created this topic. Send him a pm, he was active yesterday which means that he is still visiting this forum as well as monitoring his own thread. You can post your issue or your question in this topic too, hopefully you get faster answer by using this topic.
Is it something related your money on the site (deposit/withdrawal) or is it something related your betting experience here?

the whole monsterbyte network is really busy these days , they are preparing for a lot of new things ( and hopefully big things )

is there anything urgent ? you can always try to reach them out through telegram , I have no idea about how is support these days but can confirm that they are doing a lot of work currnely so that's why maybe there are  delays with their support team

Also I am talking with game-protect thinking in lossing 35% for trying to get my money back.

Don't lose your time with game-protect he is a troll, a scammer ( Game-Protect.com did not refund my money and stopped replying to my emails and one of the worst type of scammer because he exploits the desperation of those who have been scammed to steal them other money, his service is uneffective, a trust spammer, an hypocryte ( he runs an unlicensed gambling site) and the list may go on.

TL/DR

he is the least trusted member out of 2671072 members of bitcointalk as of today : https://bpip.org/profile.aspx?p=game-protect

@carton97 I guess your issue has been resolved?

Knocked myself out of the Survivor Pool last week so bumming around on the site now with BJ and my usual Sports selections.

@casinobitco/admin: I recall a while back requesting that parlays be lowered to 0.5 mBTC if possible, and I think it was (this was during the 2019 high I guess). But I see it's back to being a min of 1 mBTC. Possible to lower it to 0.5? I know it shouldn't be so important but with price, it's still $4 and a bit, and I'm sure more people would like to bet parlays a bit less than $8 =)

(can PM me for a username;) )

Just bumped into this thread and saw last reply : as my experience with bitcoinrush has always been positive decided to direct message on telegram to admins/moderators and am sure someone wil chim in soon.

They recently moved from slack to telegram @MonsterByteTelegram and for what I can understand they are really busy with new stuff.

Yeah, I've always had a positive relationship with them and of course you wouldn't expect them or anyone else to make it a practice of replying customer support issues in a public thread.

They're busy with the ShortEx IEO (now in Round 2), but yeah. Telegram's the place for a quick response on customer support. Get on and ask away.

Just sitting on my MBI and waiting for the port =)

Yeah, it has been a while since carton said anything, I assume his problem must have been resolved. We all hope of course it doesn't take this long if we ever have a problem but it looks like there was a problem with the support system and not the website itself, these kinds of things happen on online world time to time, even the biggest websites crash sometimes, hell I remember a time couple months ago or so when whatsapp crashed and nobody could talk (same happened with instagram as well, must be facebook servers) so when you are dealing with these kinds of online tech related stuff you gotta just brace for time to time problems.

As long as its not a constant all the time thing we should be fine, bitcoinrush literally has the best odds out of anyone so they are still doing something great.
