I have tried numerous times to contact support on bitcoinrush and noone is replying. Has anyone else had this issue and what is the next step if they aren't replying?

Have you tried to get in touch with the one who created this topic. Send him a pm, he was active yesterday which means that he is still visiting this forum as well as monitoring his own thread. You can post your issue or your question in this topic too, hopefully you get faster answer by using this topic.
Is it something related your money on the site (deposit/withdrawal) or is it something related your betting experience here?

the whole monsterbyte network is really busy these days , they are preparing for a lot of new things ( and hopefully big things )

is there anything urgent ? you can always try to reach them out through telegram , I have no idea about how is support these days but can confirm that they are doing a lot of work currnely so that's why maybe there are  delays with their support team

Still dont answer my emails. Casinobit told me that they will 10/15 days ago, and they said that 6 weekes ago +, still someone trust this scammers? it is a joke

Don't lose your time with game-protect he is a troll, a scammer ( Game-Protect.com did not refund my money and stopped replying to my emails and one of the worst type of scammer because he exploits the desperation of those who have been scammed to steal them other money, his service is uneffective, a trust spammer, an hypocryte ( he runs an unlicensed gambling site) and the list may go on.

Knocked myself out of the Survivor Pool last week so bumming around on the site now with BJ and my usual Sports selections.

@casinobitco/admin: I recall a while back requesting that parlays be lowered to 0.5 mBTC if possible, and I think it was (this was during the 2019 high I guess). But I see it's back to being a min of 1 mBTC. Possible to lower it to 0.5? I know it shouldn't be so important but with price, it's still $4 and a bit, and I'm sure more people would like to bet parlays a bit less than $8 =)

Just bumped into this thread and saw last reply : as my experience with bitcoinrush has always been positive decided to direct message on telegram to admins/moderators and am sure someone wil chim in soon.

They recently moved from slack to telegram @MonsterByteTelegram and for what I can understand they are really busy with new stuff.

Yeah, I've always had a positive relationship with them and of course you wouldn't expect them or anyone else to make it a practice of replying customer support issues in a public thread.

They're busy with the ShortEx IEO (now in Round 2), but yeah. Telegram's the place for a quick response on customer support. Get on and ask away.

Just sitting on my MBI and waiting for the port =)

Could you tell me which is his telegram for talking them? Obviously it is a hsame 3 months without answermering me in message/emails etc.. I have a post explaining everything with prints. (ALREADY FIND IT)

Yeah, it has been a while since carton said anything, I assume his problem must have been resolved. We all hope of course it doesn't take this long if we ever have a problem but it looks like there was a problem with the support system and not the website itself, these kinds of things happen on online world time to time, even the biggest websites crash sometimes, hell I remember a time couple months ago or so when whatsapp crashed and nobody could talk (same happened with instagram as well, must be facebook servers) so when you are dealing with these kinds of online tech related stuff you gotta just brace for time to time problems.

As long as its not a constant all the time thing we should be fine, bitcoinrush literally has the best odds out of anyone so they are still doing something great.

I make NFL bets every week but half of my bets don't go through, I just get an error message that says "failed to submit bet" with no explanation as to what I did wrong. I try to place the same bet again a few hours later and then it works. I don't know if this is a glitch or just a way for the casino to limit my action as I have been winning lately.

NO my problem isnt solved. Only I dont have any updates and they dont answer my emails/forum etc. so I am trying other methods. But this scammers dont give me back my moneyor any explanations.

If you dont lose money why bothering? If you place some bet, you will have the chance to lose your bet there unless there is a gurantee match that you place on. Actually sometimes this is happened but if it is continously happen then you should contact their support on this matter. Or may be you can change your sportsbookers. There is still a lot of them out there, you can check on others as well because of the vary odds that they offering. Anyway I dont have any problems with them until this day, but still dont know about the future either

Sometimes it happens, this is software after all, you can't expect it to work %100 of the time, sometimes it works %99 of the time and we should be fine with that. If you are worried about your games now getting through than the best case scenario is to play a bit before the game, as early as possible, refresh the page to see if you have the bet, if not wait 5-10 minutes and refresh again and see, if its still not there and your money stands than you can try again and than you can see it, if not than repeat this until it works, if it still persists clear your cookies.

Now, I am telling you to do all of this because I believe it could be a problem on your end as well since I never had this kind of problem myself but even if its server related you can try couple times, just make sure you are not doing it 5 minute before the game.
