Can't withdraw
When I try to withdraw it shows x BTC.
Tried twice to withdraw that amount, both times it said "Withdrawal amount exceeds balance".
No pending bets.
Help.

Getting ahold of you is the 1st part, the 2nd part is getting a timely response or the 3rd part is getting any response at all. Part 2 and part 3 are spotty at best.
I'll use email in the future, perhaps someone there responds.
Timeline:
12-13 - Sent 2 pm's.
1-3 - Re-sent one question from the pm's which hadn't been answered.
1-3 or 1-4 - You responded that you weren't sure what my question was although I'd put it in bold type.
1-4 - I again re-sent the question to bring it to your attention.
1-16 - Still no response - Sent a pm - unanswered
1-20 - Still no response - Sent another pm to try again
1-22 - You responded "'Hey!
Will hit you up once I get into the office today!"
1-22 - Later that day, you asked for my email or Skype address.
No idea what was wrong with responding by pm, but sent you my email address
Have received no email to date nor pm.
As mentioned above, will try emailing questions in the future, pm response is erratic at best.
