I am looking to buy a junior member account where I can post images. If anyone is willing to have one, please let me know. hit me up at @boontech
Wow I am happy that the bitcoin is getting in the Thailand isn’t you? You are looking for the account but I think the best thing is to keep the bitcoin in your wallet and try to make the bitcoin secure and the safe currency so that you will be able to enjoy the profit of the bitcoin. I like the crypto currency and the worth of the bitcoin because the bitcoin is now being famous all around the world and I and the value will be more than double.

Japan is going to accept and regulate BTC as means of payment. My question is: With BTC becoming mainstream, regulated and not fungible...what will be BTC 2.0? i mean wich will be the coin for the darknet and for the guys that are privacy focussed?

Thailand, along with Malaysia, Ohilippines, Singapore and Indonesia, (Vietnam coming close behind) have actually been pretty adaptable with digital currencies, and Bitcoin is no different. Thailand still has a very small share of the trading volume on Localbitcoins, but they and their neighbours have been seeing incredible growth in volume since the end of 2016.

Infrastructure-wise, there's quite a lot to support the growth in urban cities, the only downside is that a lot of Bitcoin use is perceived by local forum users to be related HYIP and other less-than-acceptable activities - though I say this from a Malaysian, rather than Thai perspective (can't read Thai!). Southeast Asia is coming up, though, that's for sure.

Especially considering the world population percentage that is situated in the Asias, it's amazing to see how well Bitcoin is being accepted (for the most part, except for China). It just makes the coin more widespread and allows more people to be introduced to it to use as a currency. I want to see bitcoin get into the hands of those who really could use the money especially in the impoverished parts of Asia, where mere amounts of money can make all the difference.

This area is up for grabs! PM me if you're interested.

with bitcoin acceptance, despite tourist using bitcoin, I think it will boost Thailand economic because tourism is a major economic factor, isn't it?
I hope some other southeast-Asian country will accept bitcoin more.
Correct me if i'm wrong but i think the adoption of bitcoin to pay for something, let's say your plane ticket or hotel room, doesn't actually make that much of an impact in the economy of a country, or at least not in the short term, right? though it could be appealing to the public, and to those who use bitcoin, given how the country is implementing such a technological advacements not only to the society but also for the tourists.

I hope this is true, Asia seems to be where bitcoin might actually becomes mainstream.

Japan is going to accept and regulate BTC as means of payment. My question is: With BTC becoming mainstream, regulated and not fungible...what will be BTC 2.0? i mean wich will be the coin for the darknet and for the guys that are privacy focussed?
XMR, i think it has the potential to become one of the main cryptocurrency in the darknet. But to be honest, bitcoin transactions in the darknet will continue for a very long time even after BTC becomes mainstream.

Its getting more convenient and easy for the tourist specially for the travelers the use of bitcoins. They can travel without hasatation specially if wordwide now accepted bitcoin. Because they dont need to exchange their money depending on the country where they travel.

Its glad to see that theres is a gradual acceptance and legalization on bitcoin on some countries. First is on Japan and been followed already by some.It would be great if it would really be available in my country too on which you would not need to exchange your bitcoin actively just to spend it.This would really be an eye opener on some countries which would possibly accept bitcoin later on.

No one can stop bitcoin now! It seems many countries started to accept the market of digital currencies especially bitcoin no wonder why because bitcoin gives so much opportunity to many people. I will not be surprise if in the future bitcoin will be declared as global currency

Maybe now a widespread might have taken place, because bitcoin is already in usage around majority of the Asian countries. Now usage in Thailand might get an increasing circulation of bitcoin in the tourism industry which has been a major sector of Thailand helping in its growth.

Of what happen to Thailand is the same of other countries. Early adoption towards bitcoin is huge chances of being recognized by the community and it be widely spread around the world. Is not only the government itself will earned this but also for their countrymen to invest and earned profit from  bitcoin. Not only it stop in Thailand but it will be in the other countries then.

Bitcoin is welcome in Thailand...

Thailand has had Bitcoin in place for some time and I see the government is preparing for the future and how to en brass Bitcoin. It is not unusual to see a " We accept Bitcoin " In all type of stores.

This is really great for Thai People and the Tourists that visit......

Such a nice news for everyone. Good job for Thailand for believing in cryptocurrency. It is an indication that there are chances that soon other countries may also accept the digital currency.

Really? I think this is great news and this will attract more tourist in their country as well. I even planned to go to Thailand maybe next year and could use my bitcoins in case I needed to. Do you have a link though of this news so I can read it, hopefully other Asian countries would accept bitcoins as well like Indonesia.
