Very early stage though, no idea yet if we will
get it hashing:)

If you succeed, it should hash somewhere around 10Ghs, right?

Aiming for 4..5 GH/s standard operation, more with adequate
cooling and overclocking.

We did a test with a single bitfury, and with about 2 Amps power
we got nearly 2.5 GH/s. See:

Nice, intron! We just sent our 2chip stick prototype to an assembly house. No idea if it will work yet =P. I'll post video/pix if we get it working. If it does work, I don't think we'll mass it though. I dont think it will be cost effective.

Maybe not now with the current price of bitfury asics... But still nice to have in your back pocket. Congrats guys!

@bitfury: When was the last time you had contact with Punin (EURO bitfury sales)?

He has gone very quiet, people are wondering ...

I am selling in stock OneStringMiner boards, based on the Bitfury chips. Have a look here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=495536.0

Punin is fine - I think he's pretty busy with a board design of his own.  We were just discussing logistics around August order delivery...he's still with you folks...

Thanks Dave.
You might want to give him a hint to take care of his customers too now and then.
He nor we need another escalating communication problem, we've enough of those here.
Cheers.

Working on bi•fury now, a dual bitfury USB device.

It will have two bitfury ASICs, user settable
overclocking options and a temperature sensor
to provide for overtemperature protection.

Very early stage though, no idea yet if we will
get it hashing:)

Oh gosh i do hope that works out!!

Awesome intron.
So when can we expect this to be in market.?

With the demand for AM USB BE's increasing and supply decreasing, i think getting this project done ASAP would be wise.

Always buying and selling btc in bulk.!

Hey intron,

would this heatsink also be placed on the backside of the chip?

Yes, the bottom layer is kept clear from
components, so the heatsink will fit
snugly. Just like the USB Block Erupters.

Not sure if it will be fixed with bolts or heat
conducting glue.

Bolts would be best, it allows hardcore users to swap for thier own heatsink designs more easily and with no damage to the unit (unlike removing glued components)

24" PCI-E cables with 16AWG wires and stripped ends - great for server PSU mods, best prices https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=563461

CAn I still get in on the TEsting?Huh... I used to do computer testing for Digital pre-press enterprise systems as well as building games and websites.  I have running 20 Blocker Erupters for a few months now and am comfortable hacking with hardware. I can create good bug reports.  - digeros

Yes, but they require drill holes in the PCB,
taking space and breaking up the copper
pours. Hope this gives no problems.

The first board will have three holes for
M2 screws. Rather not use smaller sizes
then M3, but there is not much room.

was the first to arrive in the workshop.
Can't wait:)
