With Innova, can I specify an address for MN rewards in the masternode.conf? Something like this...

I don't think so - it's very picky about the format of the masternode.conf file, so if you put something it doesn't expect, I don't think it will work.

AFAIK, the reward payout address comes from the TXID of the transaction that locked the coins in the MN (i.e. 2bcd3c84c84f87eaa86e4e56834c92927a07f9e18718810b92e0d0324456a67c in your example). So, wherever those coins came from, that's where the reward will go.

Check the status of the masternode on the VPS server directly.
To do this, use the command: (~/innova/src/)  innova-cli masternode status
Just many times it was such that the windows vallet incorrectly displays the status!

innova-cli masternode status command return Masternode successfully started
but
command innova-cli masternode list say watchdog_expired for masternode

Yes, if command innova-cli masternode list say watchdog_expired for masternode, then your VPS server sentiel or wallet not working correctly.

I finally moved to a windows vps from 1and1.com. Got everything setup and now just waiting for rewards. So far it has been 17 hours but no rewards yet.

Good luck, I got my first reward after 18 hours but there were only 320 nodes at that time. You may expect to wait 24 hours at least, then reward will come more stable.

status "watchdog expired" beside dangerous name it does mean nothing to worry about. you get one payment a day because there are a lot of MN's.
right now there is payment around 12 coins per day so it means payment 10 coins is about every 20-21 hours.

if you install sentinel or mnchecker you will not get status expired or new start required
