Try double-clicking on Address to sort the IPs and then search to make sure you didn't miss any.  Also check under My Masternodes to see if yours is even listed, that the status is ENABLED, and there's an incremental time under the Active column.

As more and more masternodes come online, everyone is going to get a share of the rewards, so the wait time is longer.  The reward is still the same size unless halving and so forth kicks in.

I am having so many issues with the Masternode Setup

My VPS is running CentOS not ubuntu, is this why after running the script,  it does not generate a MN key.

When I enter in innova-cli masternode genkey in terminal, it says "unrecognized command".

What am I doing wrong?

Make sure that you are in the directory containing innova-cli and type:
./innova-cli masternode genkey

However, I would suggest that you don't keep your coins on the VPS and use a wallet on your desktop instead (& use a passphrase, and back up the wallet regularly).

EDIT - I have fixed the locale error, script still hangs at CXX libbitcoin_server_a-init.o
FINAL EDIT - I have fixed everything, after 3 diff. hosts, vultr seems to be the only one that allows swapfiles and doesn't hang halfway through the script

True, returns are pretty stable. 10 INN a day per masternode.
