Okay, I managed to get some coins right before the sell ended. But 3 problems...1 - SALE ended literally 10 second after I purchased, WTF? 2 - it was raised to .65 and 5% which sucks because the first day of the ICO I got through and bought some 10 hours after the ICO started...3- I ran out of FUNDS to buy  I hope to god they open access to deposits and withdrawals soon. I know how to deposit but its at your own risk ...(worked for me) |

1 thing I forgot to mention is when I got into Ethconnect I was not using a vpn. I tried with a JPN vpn but it did not work for me. I did also have 2FA.
Got 320 ECH!

2FA is locking us out! We cannot login because the website code is all upside down. Now, I at least cannot login until they fix the two-factor authentication system. I have sent numerous messages to the support with screenshots of the situation but the support is simply nonexistence. |

2FA is locking us out! We cannot login because the website code is all upside down. Now, I at least cannot login until they fix the two-factor authentication system. I have sent numerous messages to the support with screenshots of the situation but the support is simply nonexistence. saw a guy on youtube saying they are giving secret access to friends and family first, and then unlocking site for us. In the process, they could be doing something shifty, lol...yes. But I did manage to get 500 ECH. I feel they will list. And will go to $50 or higher. But keep trying with teh hoxx, VPN jap trick. That is what worked for me. I am sure come next week the site maybe me more functional, but do not hold breadth. :-) |

I deposited a couple Eth before the ICO started and before they locked the wallets and it is still not in my wallet! Etherscan shows the transaction has completed but if I put txid on their site it says not found. I have sent a message through their site, through Facebook, and through email and have received no response. It is frustrating watching the tokens slowly being sold while the money I put in just sits in limbo. At this point I just want my money back.

i did btc last night and it took 10 hours to be credited |

site is live and working again. used the HOXX app [within firefox] and chose the JPN VPN servers. bought another 100 ECH.... nice!  Im not willing to risk anymore, but I do not think this is a scam. Hope I am right. Have a great weekend. |

try pressing the Ctrl+F5 combination after entering the site, that will force clear the cache of your browser, one of the support guys told me to do that, while they were responsive, and it worked, i could see my balance in the wallet and the transactions, i hope that was helpful... |

it seems like it's not just me, who get the problem when to buy this token ,,  this is very annoying, especially when they lock the wallet, and automatically we can not do anything, just waiting and trying to be able to buy it at the cheapest price possible, btw, I've used all the VPN apps, ranging from tunnelbear, touchVPN, hoxxVPN ,, no one has succeeded in helping me to help this damn tokens .. VPN only help me when my IP address is banned for an hour more about 3 hours ago,, which means I have to use the VPN later to be able to login on the super slowly website i hate this situation..  |
