Hello Everyone,

Please be aware with the lending schemes because I have seen some of them are already absconded with my money previously by way attracting with huge offers like they said they will be paying 1 to 2 % interest will be paid daily.

One of the practical example is Bitpetite website

so half an ETH can net you 5k ECH here? Is this correct?

I believe they are legit. Cheapest sell order is 0.01 ETH / Token. And best buy order is 0.003 ETH / Token.

I dont belive u can buy these real tokens on ED because they where distributed only on website wallets. No one were able to withdraw yet.
Even if. Nobody would sell them for that silly low price.
Peace

They are not legit. Internal exchange hasn't even launched. No one can withdraw its ethconnect coins at the moment! Be careful!

There is one thing that doesnt make any sense, and nobody seems to noticed that.

The lending starts December 1th.
But the exchange opens December 20th.

In order to lend your ECH-Tokens, you sell them back to ethconnect, but for what price?

On bitconnect, and all other lending platforms, the Exchange opens BEFORE the lending, so the token has a valid price.

So how can this even work?

To those who were not allowed to withdraw, plz go grab a beer and relax. You were told its a scam prior to investing, why are you complaining now? To make you feel better, all this lending platforms will lock your funds for sometime. It is happened with bitconnect, regalcoin, hextra, and now it is happening with ethconnect. It is nothing new. They do it coz it is scam, but it doesn't mean they are going to run away with your fractions of satoshis right now!!!!

According to their twitter post, they are going to open the "request exchanger" first which means the exchanger will set the value of the coin. I could be wrong though!

Yeah, but I think that this wont be a "public thing".
it will be like:
User A requests 100ECH Tokens from User B for 0.1 BTC.
Its just a deal between these two, and nobody else.

And to track all these trades and calculate a average price from each trade, seems pretty inconvenient.

True. The only other explanation to it; they wanna hold people's funds longer! I wouldn't be surprised if they have already loaned all the BTC and ETH they got from investors to bitconnect and regal platforms!!

While i agree with you about lending schemes are not trustable and can be dissappear at anytime, i am not with you when you are comparing Ethconnect with bitpetite. There so much difference to talk, but i dont have time to write down all those.  Smiley

regalcoin, hextra, and a couple of others are all paying 1% to 2% interest daily and still up and running! 1% daily gain in crypto is nothing. These platforms can easily make a 8% daily profit. What they are paying is nothing in comparison to the crap load of money they make. Bitpetite didn't even have an ico!

With their change of server my account just disappeared. I thought I need to make a password reset then, but the account just seems to have vanished, it doesn't exist anymore. I had not bought anything yet but I had logged in a few times to try to buy some but I wouldn't get an ETH deposit wallet adress and some hours after that their site went off the air. Needless to say with my account just going poof like that raises nothing but red flags to me, enjoy it while it lasts, I'm not going to touch this one.

Does that mean we will be able to send our funds to MEW?
