mytime is not a standalone product, but a platform with its own infrastructure to integrate with various services. The platform will be open-source, so that developers could use it in their projects. Service providers will be integrated via dedicated tools we are now developing:

— Platform API: a software interface for interaction with the mytime platform.
— Exchange API: a software interface for integration with cryptocurrency exchanges and trading MYTC for other cryptocurrencies.
— Basic application: a MYTC wallet and a marketplace of services integrated with the mytime platform.

mytime’s primary function is to let service providers validate users’ time and actions. It can be done manually and automatically, using a third-party solution.

Functions of the Time and Money blockchains

Our mytime platform will use two interconnected blockchains — Time и Money.

The first one will keep records of user time spent on a service (for example, from 10:25 till 10:40). Based on these records users will be rewarded with MYTC as described in smart contracts.

Money is a ledger of MYTC transactions between the platform participants. Both blockchains are being developed by our team with an eye to the best practices of today — Cardano, Plasma, EOS, and Graphene.

The interconnected functioning of two blockchains is a cornerstone of our platform.

November has come to an end, but our activities are far from that.
Yesterday, the Santa Clara Convention Center, Silicon Valley’s premier exhibition facility, hosted Blockchain Expo North America — a large-scale blockchain conference.
mytime was represented by its co-founder, Alexander Zelenshikov. For those who couldn’t attend the event, here’s a run-down of his presentation:

How are we going to track user time spent on services, check their activity and tell people from bots? We aren’t going to in any way, and this is our basic position.

mytime is a platform recording payments made for the elapsed time. We’re creating a universal LTV tool to let businesses reward customers for their time.

As for time verification, we leave it up to services. There’re already a great many tools devised to record user time, track their activity and raise fraud alerts. We’d rather leave it to professionals and focus on what we can do well and like — developing a new approach to loyalty.

First, a company (service) integrates with our platform and buys MYTC for fiat money. Then, it encourages users to spend time on its service in exchange for MYTC. Time is tracked by the service itself making use of the module embedded in its application.
