The network tries to produce one block per 10 minutes. It does this by automatically adjusting how difficult it is to produce blocks.

somehow now how to choose good ico, the longer it becomes even harder, because too many ico are scam, and most of the scam ico is ico which seems good, but it just seems, and in fact ico is finally a scam and this is the situation that makes it harder to determine which ico is good to join.

I think if you hold an ICO, you have to keep an eye on the progress of the project at any time and connect with developers and read white books, you have to invest in projects that you believe in. Investigate the team, who they are, if they have a real account on linkedin.

Probably the best thing that we can give right now is to be extremely diligent when it comes to selecting the right ico, even the best coin with the best developers can quickly turn into a scam in a single day and then you lose all your money, so if you do not have the knowledge to invest stay away from icos.

It is necessary to devote time and energy to an attentive, in-depth study of the project for investment of its money. First of all, pay attention to the development team, strategy and documentation.

The focus of the project should be on assessing, for example, community characteristics, practical values and future plans to be tested.

My general approach is to look at the team, see if there are any celebrities in the team members, then look at the investors to see if there is any big consortium support, and finally to see the white paper of the coin.

Check white paper right off the bat to distinguish a reasonable difference, since all data about ICO can be a phony. WP gives the more data what is the venture relenvancy and future development of the undertaking. Generally don't join high top ICO on the grounds that an excessive number of coins esteem will dumps once the coin propelled. Check colleagues in google.

How to choose the right tips for choosing a good project?

Background check, research, asked questions and be smart. In background checking,be sure to have a reliable source, in internet it is too easy to published therefore it might be misleading. Research on what is really the project, or somewhat seeks for reliable article concerning to it, the framework and such, if it is realistic. And lastly be smart. Be smart in every judgement.

It is necessary to inquire about the team of developers, strategy and project plans. Also, pay attention to the community of the selected project in the telegram.

Personally, I'm always interested in information about the development team, documentation, development strategy, availability of ready-made technical solutions and project plans.
