Since the power consumption of a little number of MMUs are nothing to them.

There is nothing like this. It is not ENV token, but ENV currency and its name is Environ, not Envion. Learn to read. There are only so many 3 letter combinations. Also the logo is completely different.

I hope someone from Envion can answer my questions:
Why is it not allowed for germans to invest in the ICO?
Is this the decision of envion or is it permitted by law/ bafin regulations etc.?
If its permitted by law can you name the specific law/regulation?
There are a lot of germans in the envion team. Are they not allowed to invest in their own project?
As I know one should be a qualified investor. If one subit a paper that he is a qualified investor then all is OK. It is all that I learn from the verification

Hmm...where did you read that it is not allowed?Where did you get the list of countries resents of which are allowed to invest and who are not?

Unless you are an accredited investor, it is indeed not allowed for Germans to invest in the ICO. This is a result of Bafin regulations. Just because there are Germans on the Envion team, it has no bearing on anything else, they are not investors, they are employees.

And employees could not be interested in investing in the project they are working on??? The answer "bafin regulations" is also given by envion in their telegram group about a hundred times But no clear answer where these regulation can be found, on which law the bafin is relying, which § of the wertpapierhandelsgesetz is affected etc The bafin can't only say "no, germans are not allowed". There has to be a law or a specific regulation etc. But nobody can name it. Bafin also never permitted ICO's, they only gave a warning about ICO's. It's the same with alll the other critical questions asked by other guys in the last weeks. No clear answers by envion. Thats the reason i'm out and will search for another interesting invest. Thanks for your answers

Interesting information but I guess we had before here projects with Germans in the team but they never mentioned that this was not allowed. Anyways, it means that other EU countries can participate freely?
