if you plan to only prefer users with 0 HBC in wallet to buy "again" then stop all new registration... it makes no sense.... you will have same outcome in forums tomorrow people will not be happy because you let people make new accounts and buy coins  1.30% too much for day 5 ...... what price will day 10 be? 5 dollars?

You can buy over the echange after the ICO or simply withdraw your BTC if you do not trust us, really simple I hope that helps you.

Yes today the ICO is AGAIN just for people with no HBC so all the people with HBC on their account are not allowed to buy. The limit is 300 so there should be many people be able to buy some I hope you get some today as everybody deserves some! We will grow together as a community, happy to have you on board!

I got ICO not started 7 seconds, 20 seconds, 37 seconds, after timer hit 0.  I had multiple tabs opened.  So something is wrong with your clock.....

Ok so it's safe to say this is a scam site.

made account, deposited btc, 11 confirmations later there is no btc in my account.

NO contact, No support. Should of noticed that before sending coin, absolute scam don't send this "company" any bitcoin.

Look them up on whois. they have their site registered for "1year", what a crock of sh!t, stick with bitconnect.

This mean is your care about those who still have not bought HBC.
 
But what about those who planned initially invest exact amount of Bitcoins, but now cannot apply it due your changed rules?
 
We all had possibility to read all the rules, we accepted it. We knew the risks and that this ICO procces at the beginning is like lottery -
everyone have equal probability to buy coins, but, mathematically, only some people can do it.
 
But now you are changing the rules every day. No any investor who has willingness invest even $1k or higher cannot join to this project due to your "stochastic" approach...
You really think it's a good idea in a long-term prospect?

Really those who already bought some HBC will not allowed to buy extra up the end of ICO ?! If so, for whitch reason you haven´t mentioned about this features before ICO started ? I and I´m sure many others wish to spend all designated Bitcoins to your sistem, but we cannot do!
 
Please concider return to your initial ICO-plan - that plan have more fairness.

Too early to call them scammers, lets see what will be after ICO. If they site will disappear after ICO then homeblock is scum. For now just stay calm and wait.
