Hi all! Wonder if anyone can help me figuring out why my balance always shows 0 ETN even tho I deposited few thousand ETN couple of days ago in my wallet... I started the electroneumd and the blockchain is fully synced. Started electroneum-wallet-cli afterwards, checked the balance, it says " Balance: 0.00, unlocked balance: 0.00". I tried to delete my wallet files and restore a wallet with mnemonic seed, but still showing 0.00 ETN. I tried to use rescan_bc command in my wallet, after rescan still shows 0.00 ETN. I can see the transaction and amount in blockchain explorer (using my private view key), but it just won't show up in my CLI wallet for some reason... What gives??  |

Was it worth it to announce mobile mining at all? I think at the current moment this is not relevant, because this requires serious computing power. It's just a marketing move.
The marketing has to be a seed, or once the marketing is not there, it doesnt continue to grow and take on users naturally. So the mobile miner being just a marketing ploy doesnt quite explain it. The mobile miner will fuel the viral growth. In this case you have to remember that "viral" is not a cute buzzword here, its the reason that ETN will spread, bringing a very large network. Very large networks bring A LOT of value, and we are talking "very large network", as in the largest of all cryptos. This year. The crypto with the most users Many people agree, which is why they buy at a rate that puts cap so high on a "copy of Monero". The mobile miner is everything. What will the cap be when ETN has more users than Bitcoin? Lol you really know how to put together a pitch, I'll give you that. Will your mobile miner also help introduce people to the fundamentals of crypto-wallet security? That will be very important. There will be plenty of mobile sites trying to scoop up the mobile wallet of ETN. I agree with the development of mobile wallets will develop theft. Scammers do not sleep, they constantly come up with new ways to steal. I do not know yet how safe ETN's mobile wallet is. |

There shouldn't be any movement since this is a withdrawal from the pool to my personal address only... I had the same problem then I followed the step mentioned in the post https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2353282.msg25659192#msg25659192 to restore the wallet which fixed the issue and I got my balance. execute electroneumd.exe and wait to completely sync before performing these steps. Make sure you have a backup of your wallet file and key file. Remember, you must have your seed words to restore your wallet |

What gives?? just to make sure, you can create a read only wallet, only with your view key and address. if you provide your viewkey and address i can check it for you, if you still cant recove your funds. |

I don't think that is a true statement, etn is a huge project and needs time to achieve all set goals, maybe a little slow from expectations but still a great project. |

What are you talking about?? - Mining works more than perfectly fine. I'm mining ETN for a month without a single problem... - Wallet is available, I am using it for almost a month, with some problems to be honest, but it works... - I am a developer of one coin myself and I am far away from hanging around here. Developers have better things to do than to hang around in bitcointalk and answer silly questions to people who are too lazy to research some stuff by themselves ;) If you want to find a developer, try to start with Github for example... What are the other problems that are bothering you? What does it mean "clown coin"? |
