It is not a greedy thing but it was nice and a brilliant move in which applied to any form of investments, businesses, and trading. You can be called greedy if you did not want to share your knowledge on how bitcoin works to your friends.

If someone is in need of money, but out of curiosity keeping hold without using it for the emergency could be termed as greed. Other than that when one has earning to meet all his requirements and keeping hold of bitcoin expecting large scale growth doesn't seem to be greed.

Holding Bitcoin in itself is making the world a better place. You are voting with your wallet so to speak, against the old corrupt monetary system, and for a more honest and fair future.

Whether the holder feels greedy about it or not, well that's the holder's problem. I think it might be unhealthy to feel too much greed. Might be better to take things only half seriously. Wink Laugh when the price goes up, and laugh when it goes down.

Yes true, I think that bitcoin hold is a natural thing everyone does, holding bitcoin greedy this is just like stocks, when prices go up but do not make people sell stocks they hold and keep buying because it will get bigger profits.

I don't think so. it's a first and foremost duty for a person in order to survive in this cruel world. desire a large margin of profit isn't a greedy, we have to live a healthy life that's why we need money a lot. it's a basic requirement for a life.
we know that the holding of Bitcoin is a profitable system so that anyone who holds Bitcoin is not a greedy person. I think it's a challenging for him or her. So where there is a challenge so that it shouldn't be called a greedy step.

Most people now with the rise of bitcoin value, just want to hold bitcoin for as long as they can so that they can maximize their worth. But isn't it a little too greedy to just keep holding bitcoin?
We've all read that story in the school with the moral "Greed is a Curse".
So what if too much greed in bitcoin may backfire? What if, the hodlers end up with nothing?

I think no its not greediness. If you are a smart and wise investor you will do the same the more time you hold the bitcoin the better earnings we are going to have. We cannot call it greediness it depends on the investors gow long they want to hold their investments.

Holding bitcoin is not being greed...as long as you have pure motive in it, you keep it purposely to wait for the price to increase and to get the opportunity you're looking for to buy it or trade it.. it's not being greedy... greedy is something a man do without control just for the sake of wanting to have more than what he needs... it depends on what motivates you and where are you going to spend it after you have it all so go ahead hold

No, I don't think so. Holding bitcoin is short of a challenge so that any type of challenging activity should not be included in the greedy job. if Bitcoin holding wouldn't be a challenge then you can call it a greedy option.
Regarding this issue, You need to invest your money, time and patience. so when your investment is massive then you can desire a large amount of money, it's a natural process. we always want more of a little effort. so it doesn't resemble greed.

Holding bitcoin does not mean youre greedy. It means that you are just waiting for the right moment to sell it to earn more money.

People who say holding bitcoins are greedy because they do not dare to buy, they just blame the situation and others without daring to do anything so I think holding bitcoin is a smart move to double our money.

Holding bitcoin is not being greedy, you just want to keep because you have a purpose and you have plan for it, it is wisely so to hold it for a while rather than sell it and later regret because you've seen better price. Its your own bitcoin, no one else can dictate you what to do with it, and beside your just preparing it yourself for the future.

I don't think it's a sign of greed, maybe they think the future of bitcoin is going very well, and they're using it as a means of long-term investment.

That is the best way to become rich and that is to hold bitcoin and everyone are doing it and it is the best and wise way to earn money, so it is not greedy we are just being too smart by doing that way. If that what can makes us rich then why not do it right?

No, its being smart and playing it safe. You hold and wait for bitcoin price to go up and boom, profit. Thats the most common thing a bitcoin owner would do.

No i don't think its greed. Everyone wants to get as much profit as he/she can with their money. So holding the bitcoins for long time is for profit not for greed.

I do not understand the people who continue to hold bitcoin, but if it is profit why not stop it, maybe those people just think bitcoin investment is just a hobby or side job.

For me Greedy means having a selfish desire to have more of something especially money if we will relate it in the cryptocurrency world. So i think holding bitcoin is either greedy or waiting for the right time to sell.
