Why this coin is taking so long to take off and hit other exchanges or be listed on coinmarketcap? I think it is a good project and I invested a little on it and I would like to see ROI listed on coinmarketcap...  |

I think safe option is to mine in pool Even with 0.31% chance, you can mine 2.32 blocks (267 coins) per day on average which is definitely better than what you can earn from the pool. Pool definitely gives you a stable income and you can see how much you are making every second but will less be for sure. Ultimately it's upto you if you want to take stable and low income or high and uneven income!  P.S. Calculation for coins: 720 (No. of blocks everyday) X 0.0031 (probability) X 120 (No. of coins) = 267 |

Maybe if we can help the team with exchange names, listing procedures etc. that would speed up the process. Also if anyone in the community has contacts at an exchange and can use them for listing, that would be very helpful as well. Devs have done a lot supporting this coin for over 2 months but now it's up to us, the community, to help them as much as possible to take it forward (to the moon? ) |

I tried to mine this coin on one computer where Claymore dual miner is runing, but... it is slowing Claymore miner alot. Where is the reason? I thought this software is using ram, and Claymore is using dedicated nvidia card, but still it is slowing down alot.

If you want your Claymore miner to go on undisturbed you need to affine Claymore and ROIminer to different physical CPU-cores I believe. And no, the hodl algorithm doesn't only run in your ram :-) EDIT: For a more detailed explanation of how the algo works, someone wiser than me has to step in. But I believe that your CPU does the actual work, using 1 gb of ram for AES search pattern. |
