Is that the reason why my "automatic payment" has been on the "todo" list for over an hour now?

My first auto payment was "todo" for a good while too. I haven't been watching them close enough since to know whether that is an accurate average wait or not. My guess is that the system is set up to require manual confirmation for payments, but again, that's just my guess.

Love seeing the pool's hashrate climbing, even though one of my 5830s just suffered a very toasty death the other night. Rest in Pieces little buddy.  Cry

This pool just keeps getting better and better. Definitely the most fun I've had mining.

We are getting on a roll here ! Smiley

About the jackpot, it will fall every calender week.. I had the idea of letting it fill up untill it reaches > 1btc and to then let it fall ?

(I added an estimate in the account)

What do you guys think ?

Should i have the jackpot fall more randomly with a smaller amount ? Or more spread with a bigger amount ?

I like this idea, more miners would mean faster jackpots, and 1btc is perfect for now. When the pool is bigger up the ante according to scale or something.

Edit: Woo blocks

Yeah, so when the pool is big it could be like 10BTC every week or so

We updated the jackpot page so make it more clear :
---
Jackpot Rules

To give everyone a chance to grow his or her bit coins, we have developed a unique jackpot system.

Every time a block is found, we put some of the bitcoins in our jackpot. Once a week (once in a time lapse of 7 days between previous and coming up jackpot) the jackpot is paid-out to one of the miners active at the time the jackpot falls. The jackpot trigger is random, and not connected to the find of a block. This means it can take up to 7 days for the jackpot to fill up and fall, but time lapses between jackpot triggers can also be shorter (although only one jackpot falls within a 7 day period).

This way, everyone has an equal chance, irrespective of his or her processing power, to make additional bit coins every week. The only thing you need to do to participate is to mine with us.

The weekly winner will be notified personally be email, his or her jackpot reward will be deposited into his or her account. Check out our wall of fame to see our previous jackpot winners.

Example:
The jackpot for week 28 falls on a Saturday, the last day of the 7 day period for that jackpot.
The next jackpot falls the following Monday, 2 days after the previous jackpot. This is the 2nd day of the following 7 day period.
The next jackpot can only be triggered after at least another 5 days, when we enter the next 7 day period.
