I think I saw something similar to this your question in one of the previous page asking about the relevance of the project and the dev response was that they are not just starting (or something along that line) meaning there have been the need for it outside the crypto world. But how ever for new we just have to read the white paper to be clear on their intentions

yes, for me many questions are still open. For example, I've read that you can earn more if the network is bigger. Which network? Should we recruit customers who then hire customers again? But as I said, the whitepaper is long, but I had so far no time to read it completely. This information will be found in it well

Ok, now I know what you mean. Fluzfluz is already active in South America (think in Colombia) and there is a lot of Spanish spoken. After the ICO Fluz will be launched in other countries and I think then there will be the homepage in English

Thank you for your questions. We appreciate them from a "classic" ICO analysis perspective. Please consider the following given the particularity of the model:   
The total amount of tokens available is 204,780,000 equalling the hard cap. There is indeed no soft cap, as our product is up and running already and hence much of the technical development is already done. The more seats (which represent a value in themselves and therefore have a price) will be sold during the ICO, the more favourable the upstart of the US consumer market will be.

Regarding bounty: we have designated this initial amount as part of the ICO marketing expense and reserve the right to modify the effective allocation upon demand.

Feel free to ask further questions. Again, we are here to answer them openly.

If you are not able to sell all the tokens what will you do. Since you have no soft cap. Are you going to relaunch the ICO or burn the remaining tokens?

There's a typo on the whitepaper, on page 60, FAQ, point number 4):

The Fluz Fluz token cannot
be   considered   a   security   as   it   resists  
the  Howey  test  and  does  by  no  means
