Newbies are NOT able to chat (try opening JD in an incognito window). What are the minimum requirements to chat? That's what I am asking.

Well I stand corrected. You can't indeed chat if you're a totally new user. Try dropping a sat in your account and chatting. Something must have changed as I can chat on some older accounts that don't have any bets or invests.

BTW - This was posted for investors, but may also be useful for those who wanted to remove any of the more obvious temptations to instantly gamble with their funds.
