Just-Dice has been experiencing down time the past few days as doog has been fighting with DDoS attacks. Things seem to be running smoothly once again. As a token of appreciation for your patience and support during difficult days, the site is offering a .01 btc bonus to all users who were affected by the interruption of service. Remember, with just-dice, only 10% of the sites profits go to the OP.  The rest go to investors and are not available for site operational expenses.  I am sure Doog will invest in DDoS protection now that it has become a problem.  Most likely it is a competitor site.

That's assuming that Doog doesn't own a healthy share of the roll himself, which I would imagine he probably does. Still, 626 BTC is nothing to shake a stick at...

I'm not complaining about the commission I get.  But it's nowhere near 626 BTC.  The commission was 1% at the start, then 5%, and has only been 10% for the last 3 weekly commission runs (I think), so the total commission is around 350 BTC so far.

And of course I'll invest in whatever protection we need to stay up.  I believe PrimeDice went with CloudFlare, but it didn't seem to stop them being down for quite a long time.
