The idea isn't to turn them into miners, but into buyers: People who want to accumulate Biblepay over time as an investment for their future, all the while doing the actual work of supporting the orphans by buying and supporting the price of Biblepay.

Another angle is to solicit churches to buy a masternode as a service (MNaaS). They contribute to helping orphans (church is aligned with the Gospel mission of helping the poor). They could leave the MNaaS alone and let MNaaS operate as a trust to orphans. Or you could set up an automated process to sweep BBP to fiat. You could sweep until your initial investment is paid off, or keep sweeping the dividends and the church receives as sort of a tithe.  Different ideas on retirement or trust plans.

I can also see non-technical individuals writing orphan letters coordinated through a technical contact at the church. The bounties can be added to the masternode and sweep BBP optionally as a tithe to the church.

You can sponsor a masternode as a trust for specific categories. The sponsor (s/he or church org) can set up a smart contract to support missionary work, education, seminary, clean water, clean energy, food, clothing, shelter, transportation, etc.

Not sure if the current orphan supports thru compassion does this, but I wonder if specific use cases for masternodes can attract non-technical people with charitable funds to invest in BBP.

What I've done:
Added a new worker to pool.biblepay.org
Downloaded and installed the wallet on the second machine.
Copied the wallet.dat and biblepay.conf from the main wallet.
Added to biblepay.conf: utxooverride=-1
Modified worker in biblepay.conf
Started the wallet and synced.

What am I missing? Please advice.

You have a wrong edit/typo in your config:
pool_url": "http://pool.biblepay.org\rutxooverride=-1

Did you edit the config on windows and copy it to Linux? Obviously this line should end with *.org and after a line break the new line should start with utxo...

Other than that you should be good to go. If you use the Linux version on the second PC don't forget to unlock the wallet!

Wait a minute, so you do have 2 different wallets, one for PODC and one for POW? In order to heat mine you have to have mag>1 on the very wallet you want to do POW with, otherwise it won't work. Additionally this wallet has to be unlocked.

Furthermore the main problem is that your last superblock payment was 0, therefore your current mag is 0 and you are not "allowed" to heat mine. This is an issue that has been discussed here before and I too am not happy with it, but it is how it is.

So the question would rather be why you didn't get paid yesterday. Your UTXOweight seems ok to receive some payment. Please check your wallet for the last PODCupdate transactions and whether there was a large gap (>24h) inbetween them. I see you also use WCG. Unfortunately I have no idea how this comes into play since I haven't used it yet, maybe someone else can find an error there.
