Licht doesnt like e-mails, so the only way I know is to PM "lichtsucher" or post something here.
It seems that as a newbie I can't PM " lichtsucher" in this forum. Can someone PM Lichtsucher to have the pool fixed? It is not working since Saturday night! I hope that the coins are safe... Thanks bible_pay for the links! Light/Licht checks this forum often, so he will see your post and probably respond soon.

I truly believe that something has to be done with purepool to stabilize it once and for all. It is failing regularly since the last mandatory release and it is stuck since the weekend without any signs on when it is going to be fixed. I also think that we need to have the proper support model for each of the official "tools" associated to BBP. At the end, this is what is making people trust a coin and take it seriously. We are not asking people to do it for free. I am sure that they can get paid for the development and support provided through the proposals. What happened with C-CEX is unfortunate and not good for BBP image but unfortunately, it is out of our control. But here we are talking about official tools included in all the BBP documentations, HowTo, guidelines where some people might be expecting to have the right level of support. (support for the tools) It is only my opinion but I think that these details are the ones that make a difference. p.s.The same applies to biblepay-central.org that is showing wrong data and confusing the newcomers.

When I wrote an Orphan letter I will get some notification when he/she write me back an answer? How can I check it? I found in pool.biblepay.org Inbound letters but there are all answers from all children together? Or how is this working exactly? Im confused.
You can see the individual replies by clicking Orphans | Sponsored Orphan List | Write, then view the inbound letters from the child down in the Inbound Letters section. If its to You it will show up there.

I tried PODC but I need to have a bigger balance I believe... I want to quickly accumulate some BBP to increase the UTXO % and then move to PODC. There is also bbppool: https://www.bbppool.com/

I'm seeing a surprising number of sancs in "watchdog_expired" - any reason we might think that is? A few of mine are in the state as well, even after doing a restart and a manual watchman run to ensure a blank output.

Yesterday I saw all mine expired. They all were like 300 blocks behind. It seems that every now and then there are forks and some Sancs get stalled there.

Which is not going to be trivial as it probably has to do with some obscure consensus rule.

There is a 1.1.3.9 update on github...not sure if that had anything to do with the issue, but after updating my Sanctuary to 1.1.3.9 (and leaving the Windows controller on 1.1.3.8 (c)) it has been fine since. Not sure if that actually fixed anything or if it was just lonely since I failed to share any birthday cake with my Sanctuary and thus it was crying out for attention.

1.1.3.9 only adds a new RPC command for faucets.

It wasn't actually WCG that caused this, but over the last 2.5 days, I found a bug (this morning) that was affecting the Sancs connected to our 3 pools. So if you are a pool and have a sanc, please upgrade your sanc. It was affecting the data you see on the screen (the superblock view report). Im upgrading to 1.1.4.0 now, please give it another hour before relying on the data. (This upgrade does not affect the rest of the network).

Only pool owners who own a sanc that is an aggregator should upgrade (thats 3 sancs) for 1.1.3.9. For 1.1.4.0 any sanc who went out of sync can try this version with me and see if we become more stable (regarding staying in sync).

Anyone tried to do a withdrawal on cryptobridge? When I put in my address it says to enter a "valid bridge BBP address" and then warns me that if I use my normal wallet address the funds may be lost. How do we get our BBP out?

Crypto-bridge deposits and withdrawals under maintenance currently (was supposed to be for a few hours so should be done shortly). I'd imagine once it's out from maintenance you should be able to withdraw. [EDIT] Maintenance is over, I checked and it looks like BBP can be withdrawn now.
