Anyone tried to do a withdrawal on cryptobridge? When I put in my address it says to enter a "valid bridge BBP address" and then warns me that if I use my normal wallet address the funds may be lost. How do we get our BBP out?

Crypto-bridge deposits and withdrawals under maintenance currently (was supposed to be for a few hours so should be done shortly). I'd imagine once it's out from maintenance you should be able to withdraw.

[EDIT] Maintenance is over, I checked and it looks like BBP can be withdrawn now.

is there some problem with WCG? i cant see any progres for las few days, still same numbers. my friends have same feeling.
getboincinfo is displaying same wcg rac for 2-3 days

It wasn't actually WCG that caused this, but over the last 2.5 days, I found a bug (this morning) that was affecting the Sancs connected to our 3 pools.
So if you are a pool and have a sanc, please upgrade your sanc.

It was affecting the data you see on the screen (the superblock view report).

Im upgrading to 1.1.4.0 now, please give it another hour before relying on the data.

(This upgrade does not affect the rest of the network).

i dont have sanc, but i'm connected to pool, so shoud i also upgrade?

Only pool owners who own a sanc that is an aggregator should upgrade (thats 3 sancs) for 1.1.3.9.
For 1.1.4.0 any sanc who went out of sync can try this version with me and see if we become more stable (regarding staying in sync).

 CryptoBridge will go through a scheduled maintenance downtime on July 25th between 11:00 to 14:00 GMT. Deposits & withdrawals will be not available  during this time. Coins held at CryptoBridge will continue to remain safe

sorry for my lack of updates, but I'm still at home only for short times

I added some new code to purepool yesterday to improve the stability. I'm still not sure why some of the problems happen when my code works with the current biblepay client, but I added code that tries to work around these problems:

More self-healing routines are now active, that restarts broken processes and fix wrong entries in the database. Plus the finding of blocks was changes, so that the system can handles a delayed found of a block much better.

I hope that with these changes, the system will be stable again, or at least solve the current problems - if they occur again - in a short time by itself.

Great news Lichtsucher! I'm new on BBP and knowing that PurePool is stable again I will give it a try.
I had lot of headaches at the beginning because I didn't know that it was stucked but I will try again now.

We sold 6 million compassion coins over the last 5 days, the market was relatively strong.  Couldnt sell that many on c-cex this month because there is no way to deposit them.

Notice how c-cex is melting upwards as people can generally only buy there.

I ran it in 32 vCPU VPS in the past, with Cloudware and Dediserve running ubuntu 16.04. Good experience at that moment. Might not be profitable any more though.

Reserve at least 0,5 GB RAM per vCPU (this is 32 vCPU = 16GB RAM)

Most cheap VPS will treat BOINC similarly to mining, it will be a high load task and typically against the TOS of the hosting company.

To do BOINC you realistically need to rent server power through AWS, Azure or the like, which depending on your costs is going to be will determine if you would be better off doing that or buying coins outright.  Remember with BOINC, there is a function called Recent Average Credit, which in effect means the first week you're running BOINC you'll get about half of your long term RAC.  Since our payments are based on RAC and not the daily credits, factor into the equation that it will take some time to reach your max RAC which again can dramatically impact your return for the first few weeks.
