The letter writing rewards on pool.biblepay.org have been reset.
We received a P2P budget (from the superblock) of 500,000. (We paid 550,000 out from the last round of 500,000 with the pool donating the extra 50k).
Now the reward is currently 1923!
Thanks for the update, Rob. I will make sure to write some more letters this month. It is really encouraging to read some of the responses from the orphans who have received support through Biblepay. That's awesome. We should post a couple here sometime . I will keep my eyes open as I read their letters, and I will save a couple of the encouraging testimonies and will post them here. Thanks, You may already know this but if you right click on the second page of the letter you can copy 'image address' and embed here: So much for that, it gets cut off: http://pool.biblepay.org/SAN/118c41a5-0125-495a-89d0-52a67631187a.jpg

Ever since i updated, my wallet has been messed up. It shows i am connected and synced, but my balance is .01bbp. Do I need to upload my backup file and how do i do so?
Coins mined on a fork are lost. If you are referring to coins you bought or earned through sancs however, just delete blocks, chainstate and resync. What do you mean coins mined on a fork are lost. I mean all the coins i have mined over the past months are no longer in my wallet. Do i need to restore a backup? I have already deleted blocks, chainstate, etc.. and did a reindex Do you have a transaction of all the coins leaving the wallet? Maybe they were being used for PODC and got stuck? Try adding -zapwallettxes flag and restarting (or add zapwallettxes=1 in the biblepay.conf file and restart) Your backup wallet.dat files are in the /backups folder, on Windows its at the path: %appdata%\BiblepayCore\backups Just make a copy of your current wallet.dat and then overwrite original with a backup Your post history shows youve been around since mid February, looks like you had trouble with PODC Staking in early April and then had trouble with chain forks in late April https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=1731222;sa=showPosts;start=0Hope we can figure it out! Thank you both for the replies. I had coins mined before the rosetta mining and since, and I have been keeping up with the updates, so i would think all the coins were legitimately earned. I have already tried deleting the blocks chainstate files, etc. which fixed the problem last time. I cannot figure out how to load the backup file. can someone walk me through the steps please? Thank you

Thank you You just need to replace your wallet.dat file with a backup wallet.dat file then restart the wallet. If you have a Windows wallet go to Tools > Automatic Backups to open your backup files folder in File Explorer. The files will be in this format example: wallet.dat.2018-07-18-21-13 Right-click on the file you want to use to restore your wallet. Select Copy, then click on BiblepayCore in the path above the files. This will open the BiblepayCore folder. Right-click on the wallet.dat file and rename it to something like wallet.dat.old, then right-click anywhere inside the folder area and select Paste. Rename the file you just copied into the folder to wallet.dat and restart the wallet.

Hi, I am getting this error from PurePool when I execute the getmininginfo from the console: "poolinfo1": "", "poolinfo2": "", "poolinfo3": "Failed connection to pool.purepool.org:443; Failed connection to pool.purepool.org:443; Failed connection to pool.purepool.org:443; Failed connection to pool.purepool.org:443; Failed connection to pool.purepool.org:443; Failed connection to pool.purepool.org:443; Failed connection to pool.purepool.org:443; Failed connection to pool.purepool.org:443; ", The connection to internet is working fine and the wallet is at the current block. Can the administrator have a look? Earlier today, I also got a timeout when I tried to access https://pool.purepool.org/Thank you! Light, any news about this? Yes. I think that purepool is suffering some issues. I also get "ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT" error on the web from time to time. And the number of blocks found were reduced by half since yesterday but the numbers of shares remain stable or even increasing. Something is not working well I believe. @Lichtsucher, could you please check if everything is working fine in purepool? Why the number of blocks found decreased so much if the number of users and shares remains stable?

The pooledtx is the number of transactions in the memory pool (that your miner tries to put in the next block). The miningpulse means the miningthread has successfully broken out (this happens when transactions change, or best block hash changes) and incremented the pulse. It just proves the thread is running and does not need restarted.

Don't see any problem right now, I don't see an error messages in the log. All logs entries of apache are HTTP 200 sucess messages, the backend looks fine, too. The difference amount of blocks is always fluctuating a lot, it depends heavily on the amount of other miners on the block chain, not only on what purepool is doing

Understood. But I didn't see a significant increase in the POW difficulty trend that can explain that decrease in the numbers of blocks found. And yesterday the numbers of blocks found in pool.biblepay.org was normal similar to the previous days. I don't know...

Does anyone experience this bug in which the wallet periodically becomes unlocked and has to be relocked manually? Running on Windows 1.1.3.8c.
I've noticed it twice now in the last few weeks.
I have a tiny bit of info on this, so I lean towards this not being a bug. We only unlock your wallet with the crypted passphrase if we receive a boolean "unlocked" state from the wallet on boot. Then we re-lock it if it was "locked" to begin with. So I believe what is happening is at one point you must have typed 'walletpassphrase phrase 99999' or something, and that left the wallet unlocked. Then you restarted the wallet and entered the passphrase. So we unlocked it, tested it, and left it unlocked. To verify the code is working properly, lock the wallet, close the wallet, start the wallet, enter the passphrase and it should still be in the locked state. It will only unlock during PODC updates. I am unable to reproduce this as a bug. I just discovered that my wallet (Windows 10 GUI) was unlocked again. Some days before I locked it and I had it closed tonight. I started it today in the morning and entered the passphrase in the prompt. I'm pretty sure it stayed locked after that. Now in the evening it must have somehow become unlocked again. Cannot find anything in the log..

I'm trying to find the list, but for WCG wasn't there a subset of projects that we tracked for RAC?

http://listverse.com/2018/08/01/10-dark-and-ungodly-christian-beliefs/funny, that is always the first thing christians say when confronted with the old testament "bad shit". fun fact: jesus upheld the old testament in multiple places. and it added hell, eternal damnation and all those other fun things. the new testament is WAY worse then the old one. even if you ignore the old one, the new one is much, much worse so i dont really see why people are so quick to dismiss the old one. also: the new one refers to the old one more then 200 times. you cant have the new one without the old one.

Probably you need to wait 1 or two days until you have magnitude. You can check your magnitude with the command mentioned above or directly in the Windows wallet. As soon as you have magnitude, you will start getting PODC rewards once a day from the BOIC clients resolving Rossetta's tasks. Try to generate as much RAC as you can!
